Called HVAC heating and cooling when our AC unit suddenly stopped working. Jerry was able to arrive about 30 min. after the call. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in less than an hour. Definitely recommend! Very happy with the service!

When our A/C stopped working, just as the weather was reaching 90 degrees, he diagnosed it quickly and gave us quotes on repairing it versus replacing it. We decided to replace and his service quote was substainally (thousands) less than a quote we got from Goettl. Once we chose him to replace, he put the unit in the same day! Very professional and provided us with information on how to register our new AC to ensure we got the extended warranty.

Jerry knows air conditioning. Another company sent an employee to our home when our air conditioning went out and happily accepted $85 for stopping by- without fixing the issue. When Jerry was called out, he showed up right away and immediately saw that the clear tank was flooded, so that meant the drain pipe to the unit was clogged. The window was full of water and the humidity in our house was trapped (no drips from pipe outside). He unclogged the drain, the drips began, and the unit turned back on! He went above and beyond when I saw that the door to house the airconditioning unit was off its hinges from the fierce monsoons, and he hurried to his van and came back with a drill and fixed the door! What?! Who does that anymore? Jerry does. He put 1 pound of R22 refrigerant in our system (the other guy said we needed 4 for $600), and charged us 10% less when I wrote him a check. He's our guy from now on. Thanks for being honest and skilled, Jerry!

Our home's A/C unit broke down during the worst time possible. With temperatures rising and COVID-19 we were unsure if we would be able to get anyone to come out to our home anytime soon. During our search on google for the top 10 a/c unit professionals , two HVAC professionals came to our home on Saturday & both gave us the same response. Advised our unit was no longer operable and that we would have to replace the unit. We submitted another request for a quote via yelp and Jerry from HVAC Heating and Cooling reaches out to us within minutes of submitting our request and , 15 minutes later he showed up to our home - got up on the roof, and assessed the problem. He advised that our unit could be repaired or we could replace if we wanted to , but that could be at a later time since our unit was still in good condition. We are great full for his honesty, and happy he saved us thousands!! He installed new parts and our unit is working great. If you have any a/c unit issues Jerry is the person to call

Jerry came put to my house to install a mini split unit in my garage. He was very professional and let me know everything that he was going to do. The unit came out great and keeps my garage cool. While he was there I had a question about my ac unit for my house and he checked it out. He found the part that was testing low and replaced it. Now our ac doesn't sound like a huge thud when you turn it on. Very honest person and he did great work. Would recommend to anybody needing hvac work

Difficult to get someone to repair ac that wasn’t cooling, on a Sunday night. But called Jerry and he answered the phone, not an answering service. Explained what was going on and he was at my house in 10 minutes. He fixed it. He had to take it apart because there was a plastic bag wrapped around between the fan and motor. That made it stop working. He also replaced a part that was bad too. So happy that we didn’t have to go till next day without ac in Arizona.

Jerry saved me and my pets lives. We live in AZ and at this time of year it reaches 100-115. Anyway, I come home from a two day vacation to find out my house is overheating and while I have the AC set to 70, it’s 90 degrees! I called Jerry at 2:30 in the morning. I had called about 12 other emergency HVAC companies in Tucson and they were all busy. Jerry singlehandedly and efficiently fixed my issue within an hour of calling him. I couldn’t be more grateful. Small businesses like Jerry’s are what make this country great.

I called Jerry at 9 pm on a Sunday with an A/C problem. I explained the noise i was hearing and that no air was coming form the vents. This guy showed up within the hour or less. Proceeded to explain to me the 2 possible items that could be wrong.

He then performed the repair super fast as he had parts with him upon arrival. The price was great and he stuck around to completely test the system and make sure the temp coming out of the vents was sub-zero temps.

This guy was personable friendly and I will recommend him to everyone If i could I'd have him travel back home to Iowa to work on my family stuff whenever they have an issue.

Had our hvac go bad and called Jerry the next day and he came by immediately to assess the problem. He was very knowledgeable and very honest. We decided on replacing the old unit and he was able to source us a new unit and had it installed in a day. Very happy with his work and he’ll definitely be our go to from now on.
