Awesome!! My ac went out I called Kevin at 6am he answered and was here in a hour. They installed a new ac the crane was here fast. i called at 7:00pm when i noticed we were getting hot at home. i explained to Kevin that my husband could not regulate his body temperature due to Parkinsons snd asked him if he could come over . He said he would snd drive from Sahuarita and got here in 40 minutes. He told me what the problem was and gave me several options. Because my AC was the original one that came with my house, 33 years ago, we opted for a new unit. This morning at 8:00am. we had a gigantic crane and the new unit ready to be installed. It took only 1 hr fir the crane to take out the old unit and replace it with the new unit. Then, two technicians stayed behind to connect and make sure it was working. Kevin came to check the temperature in each room of the house and gave us a new thermostat and changed our filter. All in all, one of the best services i have ever found!! Thank you Kevin and Desert Husky! you are the best!!! Extraordinary work ethics!!!.

I called this company with an air flow issue where one of our rooms was not getting cool enough. I had received a quote from another company to resolve the problem for $5,000 (which didn't sound so "Intelligent" to me). This company was able to resolve my issue for $405.00. I also had them do some additional work that i was quoted $1265 for, and they completed for $550. They are honest and arrived on time.

The swamp cooler at my rental property is a little older, still runs well but spontaneously died last week. My tenants were worried about getting it fixed in a timely fashion due to the upcoming summer heat. I called around and the companies that weren't booked solid for months wanted a lot of $$ for a small repair. I got in touch with Desert Husky and not only did I get a response within an hour, I was able to secure a weekend time slot for my tenants with no overtime charge. The diagnostic fee was very reasonable, and the technician showed up early in the time slot that was reserved. My tenants reported to me that the work was quick, efficient and done correctly, and they were able to take the malfunctioning part with them to determine if we can fix it in the future. Cooler runs great now and my tenants are extremely happy to not be sweating. As a landlord, I am extremely grateful for the quick response, reasonable rates and high quality of service and care. This company truly cares about its customers and its level of workmanship. I will be calling this company from here on out for all my needs, because their service and affordability is some of the best I have ever experienced. Thank you so much!
