Chris was on time, efficient and thorough. We discussed the replacement of the part and potential other causes for the issue. He worked with Kevin to complete the replacement and did a thorough system maintenance as scheduled. I inquired about regular maintenance. They offered a plan that really made sense. There was no sales pressure just reasonable discussion about my options. I opted into the plan for regular maintenance. This company and their employees far exceeded my experience with well-advertised companies whose promises don’t match the experience. I highly recommend Desert Husky.

Used this company to replace my AC unit 4 months ago and did not hesitate to have then get my furnace up and running for winter. Excellent work, pri es and knowledgeable service techs. Desert Husky is my go to for AC and heating and I have recommended them to anyone that has heating and cooling issues. So glad I found this company, actually reffered by my excellent pluming company. Desert Husky will be back next week to clean my unit inside but at least today I have heat! Thank you Kevin and crew!

Mr. Marin provided an overview of the issue, what he needed to do to fix it (including time and estimates) and a well thought plan to have it done within the same day (since AZ is really hot!). We are really grateful for his fast response, timely work, and just the excellent service provided that made us feel comfortable to ask questions and trust the work done. It’s not easy to find reliable and trustworthy providers, but definitely Desert Husky is one of them! Highly recommended!

I needed a part replaced. The company I have annual maintenance contract with quoted me much higher price for the part replacement. This company gave me 10% off in anticipation of me switching to them with a maintenance contract. That was a reduction off the lower price they had quoted.
They were available the next day. They were great to work with. Easy and nice. Professional competent technicians.
