Our AC was blowing room temperature air so we called another company that was recommended by a neighbor. They told us that we had a leak in two coils and that it would be cheaper to buy a new system even though our system is only 6 years old. Cost was 10k - 27k and they were really pushing the 27k option. A family member recommended D and S, I'm sure glad that they did! D and S came out, found that the other company had sprayed fluid on the coil outside to make it look like a leak in 2 places instead of one. D and S proceeded to replace the leaky coil with a different brand coil and saved us tons of money. in the end, we paid less than 3k and got a 10 year warranty on the coil. Jessica even filled out the extended warranty card for us! D and S is an honest company that does a great job, communicates, and is timely. Now the kids are complaining that it's too cold. 10/10 would recommend.

We were referred to D and S by a friend. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, from the first answer to the phone to the house call. We were quoted half the price that another corporate company quoted for the repair. The corporate company was also pressuring us to just purchase a new unit. When D and S came out, he let us know it definitely was repairable and gave us a warranty for the work! D and S also helped us out by getting us TWO portable units to borrow until our unit was working again!! EVERYTHING was amazing with this company. I also feel better about supporting a local business over a big corporate company. Thank you D and S! We will definitely use them for our maintenance and let our friends and family know where to go!

We had some issues with our A/C system and Will and his crew were extremely responsive to get our issue fixed. He was able to ID the problem in about 30 minutes and was back that afternoon with the replacement part. His flexibility allowed me to run into work, handle things there and get back so he could make the repair and we were able to sleep that night with a working A/C system. While he made the repairs, he noticed some preventative items to keep our system running smoothly and was able to schedule a servicing for the entire system. I can not recommend them enough. Their responsiveness will keep me coming back to them.

I have been using D&S for over 6yrs now. They are honest, and reliable. I had my A/C package unit replaced in the dead of summer in 2020. They got the job done quickly, and the price was reasonable. Now I am having my mothers a/c package unit replaced by them. I am a customer who is extremely picky, and always expect a professional job, D & S always delivers! Will Tanner and his crew are exceptional. D and S Air installed a complete HVAC system and ductwork for our major remodel. Will worked with us on some tricky exposed spiral ductwork and made it look great. Will personally helped us with framing out of our mechanical closet to make it work for the unit, and always patiently answered our questions. I am super appreciative of all the care that they put into our project and highly recommend them.

Once again, D & S Air gave me excellent service! My A/C was not working when I returned from an extended trip. D and S Air was honest and reliable. When they stated that my electric bill would go down they were correct. My June bill this year was 40% lower than last year and we run our unit cooler than last year. Which means the units are paying for themselves. There cost of instillation was one third to one half less of all competitors. I had two houses done for the price of one. I would strongly recommend D and S Air to anyone looking for a new system, Why pay 5 to 10 thousand dollars more when you don't have too. There service department is quick and reliable, anytime no matter what day. This is the best A/C company in Tucson.
