We had an emergency with our A/C unit not cooling and Hackney was onsite within two hours. Quick capacitor change and we were up and running again. Matt was quick, professional, and knowledgable. We will be using Hackney to add an additional vent and for services in the future!

I've been using Hackney for 28 years. We were neighbors when I first moved to AZ. Dealt with "Big Drew" the dad initially and now over the past 10 years or so with Drew his son. Always responsive. Have kept older units running thru miracles I think. Installed new in two different homes now. Great price and service. But fondest memory has to be o the younger Drew spending hours at our last house working on a unit, only 7 years old, that had died over the 4th of July weekend. Tried everything, and wound replacing all major components until he got it working. Loaned us two huge room A/C units for bedroom and family room. Best of all, he fought with the manufacturer and got them to cover 90% of the repairs. Can't speak highly enough about these people. The best.

I originally bought my AC from Hackney Heating & Cooling in 2006 so when it finally died in 2022, I went back to Hackney to get a more efficient unit. They gave me the best price and saved me $5k compared to the other guys. Won't use anyone else!

We needed a new AC system and wanted it installed before we went on vacation. It was a very quick turnaround and even though there were shortages in supplies, they were able to install our system very quickly and to our satisfaction. They even programmed and trained me on the new thermostat. I recommend them to anyone!

Drew and all of the people I dealt with were excellent. They were professional, on time, and did a great job. They followed up after the work was done to make sure I was completely satisfied.

Your driver has a ladder rack yet has thrown his ladder in the back of truck not tied down. Someone can really get hurt if it flys off the truck into someone’s vehicle. I’m sure you have great service from your reviews but your drivers should be securing objects in the back of the work truck.

You won’t find a more professional, honest, and easy to work with AC company in the valley. Drew and his team went above and beyond to help us out when we needed them. Six stars if I could!!

Used Hackney air a few times, great prices, extremely efficient and professional. I have recommended them to mother and sister who have also used them and Hackney AC was able to get them all a rebate from SRP. I would highly recommend them for any cooling or heating issues!!!!!!!
