I had Hackney install a new ac unit on my home and my daughters home. After getting several quotes I chose Hackney. Their pricing was excellent and Drew the owner was on site for both installations. Highly recommend this Family Business.

Our A/C started to not work on an early evening. We didn't receive a timely response from the company we had been using, so reached out to Hackney Heating and Cooling. A tech came to our house that evening and provided both an analysis and a portable cooler to make it through the night in 110+ weather.
By 11 AM the next day, Drew Hackney and the technician had the repair completed, troubleshot some other issues and cleaned the system. They were professional, competent and very timely. They have become our new A/C company.

I called Drew in the middle of the night because my heater was not working. Drew and his team were over at my house the following morning during the rain and got me back up and running.
