LJ Refrigeration Co. has been so fantastic to work with! I was given their name as a recommendation and called to get my AC fixed. Paul worked with me in an honest, attentive, and fair way and smiled all through the (many) challenges my unit presented. He made sure things every detail was considered, came day of when I had further problems, called after the fact to check in and make sure things were still running well, and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. I will call them for every AC need I have and recommend them to anyone looking for honest, attentive, fair and fantastic work. Great job!

Somehow it has taken me many years to post a review for LJ. Sorry guys. I have been using them for 37 years and would never go anywhere else. My original units lasted for 36 years and recently went out. LJ promptly replaced them and I couldn't be more pleased, in fact Jeff was just here today for the annual check. The reason the old units lasted so very long was because LJ came out annually for check ups and tuneups, etc. This is clearly one of the best companies in the entire Phoenix area and I have and will continue to recommend them to others for HVAC service. They are always prompt, professional. courteous, and most importantly they know what they're doing. Thanks for all the great service all these years years guys!

We called LJ Refrigeration because our air conditioner went out in the middle of an heat wave. The receptionist was so nice and assured me someone would be out that same day in the afternoon. The owner and technician came and saved the day! They had the part I needed for my ac in their truck. They explained to me what happened and serviced both my units. They were so fast and had my ac unit running immediately. My family and I are so thankful for helping us out in a time of need.

Jason executed the repair of my HVAC system failure with superb logic. Being a well-trained and astute technician, he began by inspecting the numerous wire connections accessible in the air handler compartment, and immediately discovered a problem with a pin & socket connector. Although this was obviously the failure point, Jason took the time to jump onto the roof (Jason’s humor) to complete a thorough inspection of the condenser unit of the split-system. The first-class services I received were much appreciated, and a reasonable service charge was the extent of my expenditure.

I have been using LJ Refrigeration for years and could not be more pleased. I have recommended them to friends and family and everyone thanks me. Paul is spot on with his diagnosis and extremely honest. As a single female (years ago) he could have stated I needed work done that I didn't need...but he never did...honesty goes a long way in my book! Thank you, Paul, for keeping us cool during these hot days! You ROCK!

Paul from LJ Refrigeration responded to my call right away and was able to fix my AC first visit. He was professional and explained to me the issue with my AC. Outstanding service from Lewis. We had some serious issues in our cafe following a flood and Lewis was very quick to respond. He understood exactly how important it was for us to get up and running fast and did everything he could to help. Very professional and a great guy to work with. I will use again and would thoroughly recommend LJ Refridgeration.

When we bought our house Feb of 2016, we couldn't turn on the air conditioning unit because it was too cold outside. The unit worked ok during that summer but definitely struggled to keep up. This summer was even harder. We have the equalizer plan but our unit was constantly running and couldn't even maintain an 80° ambient temp. We called LJ Refrigeration on Tuesday afternoon. I hoped that we could get squeezed in for a diagnostic check up the following week. I was completely surprised to get a 7:00 am appointment the following day!! They were efficient and very informative. They gave us tips on maintaining our unit through monsoon season as well as a regular mantinence schedule. Their price was more than reasonable and within minutes of the diagnostic my house was noticeably better. The unit runs less and keeps the house right where we set it! I will absolutely be recommending LJ Refrigeration to anyone who asks!

Air conditioning always breaks on the hottest day if the year. Home warranty company uses another company that takes a week to make a service call. Called L J . Out the next day and finds it's a minor job and back with cool air in minutes. I have used them for over 6 years and thay are awesome.

LJ has serviced our properties for 15 years. The family company understands customer service. We had a compressor blow recently and within the day it was replaced.
