This business is very professional. They got to my house earlier than expected and they did their job very quickly and used quality parts and equipment. They were very open to telling me what was wrong with my air conditioning and they even showed me how they fixed it.

Arizona Climate Concepts was fantastic at explaining why my old air conditioner stopped working. He gave me several options, from fixing it to various replacement options. He was way more knowledgeable than the other companies, took the time to explain everything, never pressured me to take the more expensive option like the other guys, and gave me great advice to work within my budget. I did opt to replace my old air conditioner and fix some of my duct-work (these were all items I knew when I bought my house that needed to be done). The other companies quoted me for a new air conditioner with brands that no one has even heard of. Arizona Climate Concepts quoted me for a top of the line brand (Trane) that has a fantastic reputation for quality and longevity, and he was cheaper! Everything was very professionally done and is functioning wonderfully. I would definitely recommend Arizona Climate Concepts to anyone.

We were experiencing issues with both of our A/Cs, and like on cue this happened when we hit record highs. We had a contractor come out, but after several visits, we still had the same issues. A friend recommended Mark, and the rest is history. He promptly came out, took the time to listen to our concerns, answered all our questions, did a thorough check of both A/Cs and immediately pinpointed what he felt was causing both A/Cs to fail, and recommended a plan of action. Arizona Climate Concepts has been a life savor for us. Our air compressor went out and our warranty company contracted a company with a 1 star yelp rating and terrible customer service. Every time we called that company would quote us even longer to get the repair done. What they ended their quote at was 1-2 weeks. Mark got it done in 24 hours! Our family went 6 days with no ac in 100+ degrees. My only complaint is that we didnt find him sooner! Thank you so much Mark and Arizona Climate Concepts!

I had my new air conditioner installed today by Arizona Climate Concepts and they did a very nice job. The guys fixed several items that were not done properly when my house was built and the original system was installed. I'm very happy with the results and my new Trane air conditioning system!

Arizona Climate Concepts showed up when I needed them the most. It was 112° and when I got home from work the house was 92° inside. I had called several other companies and none could get out to me that evening and ALL wanted to charge after hours fees. I stumbled upon the phone number while calling around trying to get someone out to my home.

After a conversation with a very polite woman she informed me that a technician would be able to come to my home within a couple hours. To my surprise not only did the tech arrive when promised, he even called when he was on his way so I was aware of how far out he was.

When he arrived he showed up with shoe coverings, prepared to cover his shoes (I told him if he didnhave to buy he insisted).. He had his tools and looked professional at 8pm at night. He had a great attitude even considering how hot it was. He took about 25 min to diag the problem and presented me with the repair pricing. He wasn't pushy, but he was thorough, gave me options and let me decide instead of trying to persuade me like a salesman might.

After approx 1 hour the system started back up and I could immediately feel the house cooling down. From the time I made the call until the time I was cooling down was approx 3.5 hours. I was very satisfied and Arizona Climate Concepts and Mark now has a customer for life!
