Anthony James Air Conditioning & Heating

Recently had a small repair preformed by Anthony James Air Conditioning and Heating. Called early on a Monday morning and service was completed 2 hours later. I had two heat pumps installed by this company 12 years ago and they have not required any service until now. I did a great deal of research before selecting an installer of my heat pumps. I selected Anthony James because I watched him install a unit for a friend of mine and he did it by the book. How a unit is installed is just as important as the quality of the unit it's self. I highly recommend Anthony James.

Anthony James installed a new 5T Trane unit with a very tricky mounting situation as we have a steel roof and additional penetrations would void the roof warranty. They were on time, professional and cleaned entire work area. They also inspected and repaired another unit installed by a different contractor at no charge. They came highly recommended by multiple neighbors and friends. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone needing a new system, or maintenance on an existing system.

Alex came out to do our A/C system service and found that the coils were leaking freon. Joshua originally told us that we had a leak but Chas Roberts (new home installer) told us there was no leak. Alex and Joshua came back out and installed new coils which were covered by warranty. We believe and trust all the crew within Anthony James A/C & Heating.

This company is the greatest. My next door neighbor had 2 estimates to replace his AC because they said it needed over $5000 to repair. I told him to call Anthony James knowing they would match or beat any real offer. Turns out he only needed his filters cleaned. The system is now working fine. Saved over $10000.00 replacement costs.

I was not so lucky needed part replacement.. The cost is not as painful when you know you really need it and are not being scammed.

Had two XR18 Trane units installed Oct last year. One of the units had a temp sensor fail this month, causing high temp in half the house. Alex came out next day to assess problem and then fixed it the following day. Prompt response, excellent communication and within two days all systems normal. He even had the initiative to obtain and install an A/C weather cover from the Trane dealership (another customer order cancelled) , which I have been waiting to be delivered by Trane for almost a year. Looks great too.

Alex has been doing this service for me the past 15 years and I would highly recommend him.

Anthony James is a company you can trust! They are honest and will not sell you something you do not need! They kept my old AC units working for a few years until I was ready to replace them! When I was ready to replace my AC units they were great to work with and I am very pleased with my units! Alex is always professional and responsive! They are also very nice guys!

They came out the same day even though I had an appointment for maintenance a few days later.
