Anthony James Air Conditioner & Heating installed two new air conditioners when the old ones “died”. They were the absolute best choice. They were polite, knowledgeable, on time, competitive, and so respectful. We have already referred them to friends and will continue to do so.

Can't say enough about how pleased I am with the family ran and operated team of Anthony James. They are top notched, honest and professional at the HVAC business. My install was perfect and the price was extremely competitive. I had them service my old unit and was beyond impressed. Wouldn't even think of using another company at this point and refer them with out any hesitation.

Anthony (owner?) showed up same day! Worked until late but needed a part. He returned the next day and repaired our unit. I cant speak highly enough of him.
On a bit of a different note, our 25 year old Trane heat pump that we replaced worked and never had an issue. Replaced for efficiency. New Trane system is very problematic. So far we have had to have it repaired every year. So 3 years in a row. Not happy with Trane. What happens when warranty runs out? Will I have to budget $1000 a year for AC repairs? I should have kept the old unit had i know that Trane is making junk these days.

Our home is ready for the Summer heat thanks to Anthony James Air Conditioning. Alex and his brothers installed the new system quickly and very professionally. A pleasure to work with and patient explaining the new system.

We have two Trane HVAC heat pump systems. The one for the main portion of our home went out in February. Yes, during the Coldest winter we've had in the Phoenix area in awhile... Alex from Anthony James was the first of the estimators contacted to arrive. The thoroughness of his estimate (time spent and detail) was unmatched by any of the others to follow.

When Alex was finished crawling through the attic and measuring on the roof, he patiently explained all the work that needed done showing many photos taken. When the proposal arrived in email it was exactly as he had described.

Our expired unit had been installed years ago on top of existing ducting that was arranged wrong for proper air flow in the kitchen, dining room and other areas of the house.

Costwise, there were two estimates lower. NOTE: Both estimates were going to replace JUST the roof unit (with a lesser rated one) and leave the same sub-standard ducting in place. One was here for 10 minutes total, didn't bother to look in the attic! Some estimates were higher, with none approaching the exact unit offered and extensive duct work proposed by Anthony James.

Anthony James had the lowest total estimate for the latest model Trane 4 ton, 2 speed Heat pump with WIFI thermostat, extensive duct work and added return air ducting for the new unit.

Install day began exactly on time, all four men went immediately to work, individually and together, on the roof, in the house and in the attic. There were NO issues with equipment, installation or crane arrival time. They all get along great, each worked on something different and were friendly and informative when I asked questions.

The last man here was the first one we met, Alex. He stayed until we completely understood all the work done and how to use the new WIFI thermostat. When they all had left, the inside and outside of our home looked better than when they arrived!

We love our new Trane 4 ton, 2 speed Heat Pump and have more airflow now everywhere including the kitchen and dining room! Definitely a five star HVAC company.

We had our entire A/C and heater system replaced, as well as a new thermostat installed. The guys at Anthony James were friendly and professional from start to finish. They gave us a very detailed quote, answered every question we had, showed up right when they said they would and kept the lines of communication open through every step of the process. There were no unexpected surprises or hidden costs. In fact, their quote was lower than any other company we'd checked with, but the lower price definitely didn't mean lower quality! They built a new slab to accommodate the new, bigger A/C compressor and cleaned everything up when they were done. They left the work areas better than they found them! We'd never had a smart thermostat before and they walked us through the set up process and made sure that we knew how to use it and that everything was working properly before they left. We are beyond thrilled with the experience we had with Anthony James and would recommend them in a heartbeat!
