These guys have got to be the best Air Conditioning Repair techs in Phoenix. I had the pleasure of working with the owners, Scott and Bryan, and they were awesome. They are very straightforward guys, no BS, so you know you can trust that what they are telling you is true.

I had them come out to my home in South Scottsdale to do an air conditioning service check on my unit before the 120 degree Arizona summer weather hit. There were a couple of maintenance issues with my unit, mainly cleaning and filters that needed some help and a small part (I call it a whatchamacallit, but they had a technical name for it) to keep my air conditioning running at peak performance.

Not only did I want my AC to work properly, but I also wanted to make sure it was running at it's most efficient at all times to save me money on my electricity bill and also to keep from having to replace the unit too soon. I picked the Air America guys' brains and got some really great tips and answers to simple questions that I had always wondered about. It is always good to get the facts straight from the guys who know how to fix and maintain the air conditioners as opposed to just reading about it online.

They were fun and friendly, and most importantly got my AC blasting cold air all summer with no issues, all for a very reasonable, no hassles price. Couldn't ask for more! I will be referring friends and family whenever I can!

My Aunt answered an add for a 69$ duct cleaning. I not only caught one of the workers using one of my tools from the garage, when the job was finished, they gave my Aunt a bill for $1600.00, they said they had treated the ducts with a special spray....I saw an unlabeled spray bottle with a pink liquid in it. When my elderly Aunt showed me the bill we ttied to cancel her credit card, they weren't gone 5 min. which they had already ran the card. My Aunt hired them because when they showed up they ssid they were from Israel and were trying to earn money to bring more relatives here. She trusted Air America and was thouraly SCREWED!!! THEY PREY ON THE TRUSTING ELDERLY FOLKS. THIEVES and LIARS, deceitful liw down SOB'S. IF ANYONE ELSE HAS HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS, LETS GET TOGETHER AND FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM. THE AZ. ATTORNEY GENERAL NEVER ANSWERED BACK.
