Phenomenal service and professionalism! Very happy to have met Rhett yesterday as he helped our A/C get back up and running for our family. He also helped me understand my HVAC much better so that I can better maintain it through the years. I will most definitely be utilizing this company for all of our future needs!

When speaking with Rhett he was very informative and educated me on the different systems available for my home. He even suggested that I get other quotes so I can make an informed decision.

I spoke to Erica about my AC early on the morning she was awesome she took my information said she would call me by 7 with an ETA she called a few minutes before letting me know the tech would arrive about 8 am.. Erica was friendly courtesy and professional. Thank you Erica I appreciate you.

The tech (Rhett) arrived at about 8 started work right away. He fixed what needed fixed did not try to sell me additional work. He went out of his way to explain everything he had done. I asked for a new thermostat he put one in with no question showed how to program it. Very professional. Went above and beyond to ensure my AC was in good working order.

From the first phone call this was a good experience. Dispatch was friendly and gave a reasonable timetable to expect the tech to arrive. Rhett the service tech went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of while preparing the estimate for a condenser. He checked in and kept me in the know where we were at in the process until the unit was installed. And even followed up to make sure that we were satisfied with the job a few days later. Hard to find employees like Rhett in any line of work.

We own a restaurant and our walk-in went out during the hottest part of the summer. We called another company and they charged us an arm and a leg to come out before telling us it would be over $10k for a new unit. We wanted a second opinion so we called icon and Rhett came out and he was the best technician ever. He tried to find us a used unit to help us save. Trust me we wanted a new unit but as a restaurant struggling through covid that wasn’t an option. When they couldn’t find us a new unit Rhett came back out and rebuilt our unit. Best company I’ve worked with in a long time.

It’s the beginning of summer in Arizona and temperatures are starting to rise past 100 degrees and my air conditioning went out at my home. I called Icon Mechanical and they swiftly came to diagnose the problem and fix the unit that same day, along with fixing other issues due to previous AC mechanics. This is by far the most professional and most reliable company I’ve dealt with throughout my 20years of owning my home. Not to mention the best price. Thanks to ICON Mechanical, my long Arizona summer will be as cool as an igloo!

Couldn’t be more thankful for a awesome company. Came out as soon as I gave Ernie a call. Came out gave my unit a once over let me know my pressure switch was bad gave me a couple options on how to fix the issue. Now my family is comfortable again and just in time for this upcoming heat wave we got. Thanks again to a great fast responsive respectable company.

My 20 yr old ac unit needed to be replaced. I called ICON Mechanical and they had it replaced in 2 days. They techs were professional, friendly and reliable. They explained everything thoroughly and cleaned up after the install. Price was competitive. I would recommend ICON.
