If I could give Joshua 10 stars, I would. I put him to the test right away this past weekend. My elderly mother had a tenant who's AC went out on Friday evening (June 30). I contacted Joshua who said he could be there that same night at 10:00 pm!! Right away, I was extremely impressed by his speedy response. He then assessed the problem, saying that she needed a new AC, quoted me a fair price, and then delivered a portable AC on Saturday to keep her comfortable until he can install a new unit this week.

My mother then had another tenant who had AC problems on Sunday evening (Sunday, July 2) around 5:30 pm. Joshua would have gone over between 8-9 pm that same night, but the tenant wanted to wait until today (July 3). He quickly and fairly took care of that issue as well.

Every time I text Joshua, he gets right back to me. It doesn't seem to matter what time it is, or day. Today, I jokingly asked him if he ate or slept. Although, I just started to work with him, I am so grateful to have found someone who takes pride in and does excellent work, and who is friendly, kind, honest and dependable!

Joshua is awesome. He came to evaluate my current ac units when I purchased my new home. He was honest and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I ended up buying a maintenance package and 2 new thermostats from him. He’s very professional polite and does great work. You’re lucky to have him.

Joshua was very helpful in a Time my family needed it. He came out to check out my AC unit very quickly and knew what was wrong with it right away. I feel like Josh very clearly cares about people genuinely. He went above and beyond by helping me get my units warranty pulled up and fixed at lowest cost possible. Once the part came in he came to install it very quickly. I appreciate you Joshua and the time that you took to help myself and my family. I will be using this company from here on out as well as letting others know how great this company is. Thank you sooooooooo much!

Lost our a/c on one of the hottest days of the year. We called Arizona Valley Heating and Cooling for help. Joshua was at the house within 4 hours. He fixed the problem quickly, explained everything clearly and wrapped up the transaction completely. We will do business with this company again and will recommend them to others.

Josh was professional, on time, and displayed great customer service. I feel he genuinely cares about people and their well being (which is rare to get from an AC company now a days to be honest). He always keeps me up to date and assured on everything. I appreciate him and everything he does. I would absolutely recommend him to anybody! You won't regret it!

Called after hours on a holiday weekend while we were out of town and Joshua was there in less than 2 hrs. to fix our air conditioner. Super efficient and exceeded my expectations for sure! Will recommend ALWAYS! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Joshua was very professional and courteous. My AC broke and he came out the same day, on a weekend! I got updates on his arrival and he was on time. He was excellent at showing and explaining what needed to be repaired. I was extremely impressed, and he and his company are now our go-to for AC/Heat repair. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Joshua at AZ Valley Heating and Cooling, LLC I had my mother's home recently serviced where he did repairs about 6 months ago in September 2022 and he did an outstanding job, in fact he was referred by another AC company since Joshua does excellent work on the Trane brands and we were very pleased. His price was very reasonable. He provided excellent quick yet thorough service and was very polite and efficient and is very knowledgeable.

Today I had my mothers 2 AC's serviced at that same home and another home serviced that I own and I did not know the condition of the other AC, only that it was 10 years old as I've been renting the home. He cleaned the outside coils and gave me a complimentary service and I was really surprised and pleased that he did that work at no charge as its the first time I utilized him for that home . He had photos of the AC unit before work was done so I could see clearly that there was an issue . He replaced the valve at no charge. He also spent a lot of time cleaning the exterior coil and the service was $59 you cannot go wrong with that price!

He spent a lot of time at both homes, about 2 hours at each home, and I will definitely use him again. He gave me great info on the history of the AC unit, and estimate of how many years I had left on the unit if we did annual service and overall it was really fantastic.

I've used other companies in the past 15 years with my rentals and I've had inconsistent results, and had to change companies all the time, but with the 2 times we've experienced with Joshua at AZ valley heating and cooling, LLC, he's been prompt, efficient and really cares about doing a job well done, so he's going to be my "go to AC company" from now on. Also, he's not constantly trying to sell you a new AC. I appreciate his honesty! Thank you and I hope this review gives you even more customers because you've earned the great review! I had Josh perform a maintenance on my heat pump before summer starts and I’m so glad I did! He was very thorough and checked every small component to make sure it was still good. He said the compressors capacitor was way below range and even proved it to me! His price to replace is was super fair and he did an amazing job! Would highly recommend!

Came out within 3 hours on a holiday when my air conditioner stopped working in 110 degree weather. Able to tell immediately just by listening to unit that the capacitor was bad, replaced it in under 20 minutes on site and had the unit cooling again! Will definitely recommend to friends and neighbors.
