Joshua did a fantastic job, had Arizona Valley come to do a tuneup on my 15 year old unit. He was very through, and washed my outdoor coil. Will definitely use them again

I had a great experience with Jashua at Arizona Valley Heating and Cooling. First, he was on time, had great communication skills though the whole process and good follow up. It’s rare these days you find someone who has good customer service skills but he was great! We had a situation with our awful home warranty company, Home Choice Warranty where they first referred us to a guy who told us we needed a new air handler because it was our fault for neglecting the maintenance on it. Not true at all. Fought with them for a good while then they recommended a 3rd company to come out and that was Jashua at Arizona Valley Heating and Cooling. He checked things over and it turns out as we knew it would we didn’t need the whole AC replaced but needed indoor coil and pan replaced. Anyways, he did the job and the headache is gone and I would recommend Jashua for any honest, dependable AC jobs.

My HVAC system was not having good air pressure and was causing strain on my AC unit. Jash was able to come out and diagnose the problem, he has the tools to test the system and he solved the issue without selling unnecessary services. He was a God send! I will be calling this company every time for future repairs or HVAC situations.
