I have been in the homebuilding industry for over 30 years and run a major homebuilding company in Phoenix. I am a huge fan of Advantage Home Performance and hope to never have to use another HVAC company for my personal residence. They are much more than a heating & air conditioning company, they are home energy efficiency and comfort experts. They have assisted me with big projects like updating old duct work, insulation and air flow, and replacing furnaces and air conditioning systems, to minor service and seasonal maintenance. I enthusiastically recommend Advantage Home Performance, they are simply the best!

I recently used Advantage Home Preformance to insulate two properties for me. They also insulated two homes for me last year. Steve worked hard to identify a fair price and I couldn't be happier with the job that was done! Great company with great people working for it. Needed to update my insulation and check my A/C vents and duct work on a 35 year-old house. Steve A came over to inspect and assess my attic. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about insulation and duct work. He is also an HVAC expert and technician. We came up with a plan to better insulate my attic and it was implemented flawlessly by this fine company. During the two-day process, Jesus, Eleno, Aaron and Rafael performed insulation magic. They were extremely hard working and totally respected my home throughout the entire project, laying down plastic everywhere, identifying other outside avenues into my attic to minimize disruption inside my home, and thoroughly cleaning up afterwards. I was very happy with the process and results. These guys are total professionals. My home is now more comfortable, with less dust and lower energy bills! My project was a large undertaking, one for which I have done years of research. Advantage was best prepared to meet my energy saving needs. Advantage has sealed and insulated my > 4000 sqft home in the past. More recently, I have had my 2500 sqft home foamed by Advantage. Great company!

Kevin and his crew were professional, friendly, and courteous. They did a great job with correct ducting issues left over from the old unit. The team also did a thorough job on the clean up.
