    Our furnace would not turn on and ended up needing the control board replaced. Kevin was very professional, answered all of our questions, and was very quick with the repair.

    Bradley and his assistant Matt were so great! They were timely and professional. They listened to the problem and my concern and then addressed it quickly. Bradley explained what he was doing and worked quickly. They even had the parts on hand. They stayed long enough to make sure the AC was cooling again and they cleaned up after themselves. They even gave me a 25% discount!!
    I will call them next time and recommend them to my friends.

    I've been wanting to do business with this company based on the glowing reviews and the fact that they are a small Gilbert business. When I called for service I got an answering machine that told me to text them. I texted them with my name, address, and a complete description of the problem. I waited and waited for a callback. Six hours later I texted them again. Still no callback. Two days later - still no callback. UNBELIEVABLE! I really wanted to help out the small, local business but if this is the response I get when I don't have an emergency, can you imagine what the service must be like when you actually do have an emergency? This is so disappointing to me. I guess I've got to take my business back to the "big guys." BALL DROPPED! Ugh...

    Compressor went out on my old 4-ton unit around dinner time. Instead of calling the big companies again, tried a well-rated local vendor and was glad I did! Bradley was on dispatch duty that night and because the other techs were unavailable, he dropped everything and headed out in 20 minutes himself because I was so close. Diagnosed and repaired a blown run cap in 20 mins flat and showed me the findings. Pricing came in cheaper than the big companies (who replaced the last 2 run caps only to last 18 months). Very professional. Everything was invoiced and emailed to me within seconds.
    Recommended another service item that legitimately needed repair (been postponing it) and came back a day later to repair. Again, on time and quick.

    Only feedback would be to suggest your techs wear a mask--it would show consideration, esp. when talking directly to a customer. Thanks guys!

    A/C Rangers replaced 2 of our AC units. We knew the units had to be replaced due to age and we began researching and price shopping last fall. We were so happy to find A/C Rangers this spring. Bradley responded quickly when we requested a quote. After inspecting the units and listening to our concerns about how certain rooms in the home weren't being cooled he provided a quote for 2 Trane units (a 3 ton and a 4 ton). He was able to give us better units for a better price than any of the competitors we were considering.
    The units were installed a week later and we've been so impressed that we can actually keep our house cool without paying a ridiculous amount of money in electric bills. Comparing June 2019 bill to June 2020 bill, we saved $180!!
    We highly recommend A/C Rangers. Whether looking to maintain, fix or purchase AC units, A/C Rangers will give an honest evaluation of your current units and never try to pressure sell you anything. The customer service is fantastic and the technicians are professional.

    I found A/C Rangers on one of the recommendation sites and called them after one of the big companies told me I needed at whole new system. This was 7.30 pm on Monday, 29 hours into my AC crisis. Cassie took the details of the situation and said the first available appointment was the next day, Tuesday, at 6.00pm so I took it. She called back about 10 minutes later saying Bradley could come by that same night around 9.30 since I had no AC at all. Of course, I said yes.

    Bradley arrived and started his diagnosis. He ended up replacing the fuses [which Company A said could not be replaced but did say were blown] and the unit turned on again!!!

    He said it could still be the compressor was going bad but he didn’t think so based on the readings he took. Bradley said if the fuses didn’t blow in the next few days, chances are it should last for a few months or years. It’s been 3.5 days and it’s still running.

    And the fee Bradley charged me for the 9.30 pm service call? $45! I was amazed! The fuses were expensive but not nearly as much as a new system.

    I called AC Rangers today because we noticed water damage on my ceiling. They were able to come out in just a couple of hours. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He explained the problem in detail and gave me a good price. When he put the panel back on it caused a fuse to blow because when the ac unit was initially installed it was wired incorrectly. He reran the wire and replaced the fuse at no additional cost. I would highly recommend their services!

    The A/C in my office went out yesterday. I called in the afternoon and A/C Rangers had someone out first thing in the morning. The tech was very nice and very knowledgeable. He didn’t just try and sell me some expensive part or try to talk me into buying a new unit. He explained things very thoroughly and got my office cooled down in very short order. I’m very pleased and will definitely call them again when I need A/C service.
