They arrived well inside the appointment window...which tells me they have excellent staff back at the office who keeps track of schedules. The technician had answers for any questions before I asked, so he was thorough with his inspection. The clogged drain line on the heat pump was resolved quickly.

My original review praised this company when they were just starting business. Now they changed their style and are out there to get you for your money. Even when Bradley is an excellent AC technician, he is now charging stratospheric prices to support the in-law helpers who just come along to watch. His prices are like 4 or 5 times what other decent AC people do. It is a shame this company decided to go the greedy way.

Fantastic Service! And they followed up numerous times: when they had a cancellation and could come earlier, when the tech was on his way, and when the job was finished asking about my service. Also, I received a call from the sales rep at 8 pm that night making sure all went well. Plus, the tech was great and even made a trip to Home Depot to pick up something he didn't have on his truck. I authorized them as an outside contractor because my home warranty company was USELESS. Wonderful wonderful!

Our AC wasn't working properly and I sent a request for maintenance to them via email on Sunday night without a huge rush, but they got someone out to me the very next morning and it was much less expensive than I thought it would be! Jose was very nice and I like that the level of communication.

We called around 10am on a Saturday asking if we were able to get someone to check out our upstairs A/C the same day, they got us on the schedule for that day and were able to get a tech out that afternoon, very polite and professional and was kept informed of everything they were doing. After they left however we found the unit still wasn’t cooling so we called them again around 4pm and they offered to come out again that same day, even though they couldn’t get out here until around 10pm I appreciated their willingness to work late and find the problem. It turned out the label on our unit was extremely faded and the first tech didn’t add quite enough refrigerant, after being shown the label by the second tech out here, I completely understood. I would definitely recommend this company. Not only were they polite, professional & friendly, they were also very accommodating to our requests and very reasonably priced. Thank you for your service today, we will definitely be calling you again should we need anything in the future!
