Dominic was very professional and polite. he checked things out , told us what the problem was, told us the cost of the repair and then went to work and fixed it .When finished, he gave us the bill and it was exactly the price he quoted us with no hidden fees! This is the second repair he has done for us and we are totally happy with him and his work. I would recommend him and his company to my family and friends for future service.

The tenant at this property reported that the thermostat was not working. Past experiences with HVAC companies was not positive so I thought I would try 480 Mechanical on one item. My experience was positive from the very start. The office person was right on top of things; explained their process, tenant notifications and assured me that all work would be confirmed by the technician. The technician was systematic and did not try to upsell me on services or products. The appointments were timely with emails at every step. I had additional work done because of my confidence in 480 Mechanical and will use them in the future. I couldn't be more pleased. (The people I dealt with were Artie and Dominic. Both were excellent communicators and easy to work with.)

I would say my business need was a bit unique for the typical HVAC service request.. I recently purchased an Ecobee Smart Thermostat system that needed to replace my current thermostat for my Carrier AC unit. Initially I made an attempt to follow instructions and video but quickly learned it was going to be much more technical and tricky than I can deal with in the least.
I went back & forth on whether to just return it and get money back or see what a pro install would cost and consist of.
long story short, Dominic and team at 480 Mechnical completely blew away my expectations and made me feel excited about my new addition. He arrived that very morning I requested and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Even spent some time showing me how and what he is doing .
And to top it all off they came in at a price about 20% less than the next 4 companies that contacted me.

Dominic was AWESOME! He was able to get out here right away to fix our AC (thank God cuz it was over 100 degrees) he was informative, courteous and answered all of our questions. We definitely recommend this company!

The first time I used 480Mechanical, it had been a 118-degree day and at 9:00PM my AC stopped. I got on Angie's List and described my problem/emergency. From the time I entered my problem at the website, within a few minutes 480 Mechanical was on the phone with me. Within 30 minutes, the HVAC Tech Dominic was here. Dominic diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. He came to the door and explained the problem and the cost. I was shocked at the small amount he quoted me. No emergency call charge. Just the charge for the broken part and a small charge for the installation of the part. Within 15 minutes of his arrival, the AC kicked back on and I was in coolness again.

I have continued using 480Mechanical as they have found ways for me to save money on my electical bill and have devised ways for me to get the best use of my HVAC sytem. Always a pleaure to work with the company. I made known to my gated community about 480Mechanical and many continue to use 480Mechancal and they are all very pleased with the company and conue to use them. This is the one company I put all my faith in. For anything else in the house, I can't find anyone that is dependable.

AC in Arizona is not something you want to be without, especially in the summer months. A buddy of mine referred me to Dominic with 480 Mechanical and I've called him every time since. Very upfront, honest, and professional. A lot of times they were able to fix the issue the same day I call in on. Within 5 min of speaking with the representative from HomeAdvisor, I got a phone call and text from 480 Mechanical following up on the request. I called back and was immediately able to schedule for a technician to come install the thermostat same day, as they had an available window. From the time that I booked with the company to the time the technician arrived, I was updated on his ETA. The service technician that installed our unit was Dominic. Dominic was very informative and helped us understand the different functions of the smart thermostat that we had purchased. He also gave us helpful tips as we are first time AZ residents. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs professional AC assistance.
