Dominic came out to do a diagnosis on my a/c unit since the compressor fan wasn’t spinning. He repaired the problem and I’m back up and running. What I really appreciated was him taking the time to talk about all the parts and ball park figures for a complete replacement. He didn’t sell me on anything I didn’t need. I will be using this company again. Thanks Dominic!

Dominic of 480 Mechanical was great to work with. Explained everything that was going on in simple layperson's terms. Cleaned up thoroughly and was always respectful and professional while on site. We even chatted it up about our similar sports cars!

I was able to easily book appointment online and luckily they have next day service available. Out technician sent a text ahead of time with his eta and arrived when expected. The work was don't fast and we had working air again in no time. I will use 480 Mechanical again when the time arises.

I called for a quote. Dominic was able to come the same day, and after calling to get okay from me, arrived earlier than originally promised.
He was extremely professional and polite. After giving us the quote, which we thought was very reasonable, we said we would like to proceed.
We expected to have to make an additional appointment. Instead, he said it was the end of the day, and if we wanted it right away, he would be happy to stay late to perform the work. We couldn't have been happier.

He evacuated our refrigerant lines after connecting them, and in a very short time the unit was putting out ice cold air. They have even followed up twice to check on us, and assisted in providing information we needed to register the new unit.

I have already, and will continue, to recommend him to friends, family and strangers. A very professional, skilled young man! We will use 480 Mechanical LLC for our next service needs.

I have only received a quote on my job so far, but Dominick who came to look at the house & do the quote was very knowledgeable, professional, very thorough in the inspection & explained a lot about the work. The office kept me informed on his arrival time which was nice also.

My AC went out on a hot summer day in Arizona and I was scrambling to get someone out to fix the issue before I had to go back to work the next day. Called the home warranty and they were a week out on appointments. Called multiple AC repair companies including 480 mechanical and they came by same day I called and beat the next closest appointment time by a full 24 hrs!! Dominic came by and immediately went to work and even talked me through all the questions I had to help me be more knowledgeable about my AC unit. He noticed the ac coils were very dirty and offered to clean them to which I agreed. Wow, the difference was night and day!! Our AC was up and running about an hour after he showed up and running great! Will be using their services again in the future. Highly recommend they do great work and very professional and fast!

Dominic with 480 Mechanical came out on a Saturday on a 2 hour notice and fixed the problem the same day. Dominic was profession and thorough and the AC was back up running in no time. Highly recommend.

They requested a copy of my home inspection report prior to coming out to inspect the hvac, which I forwarded to them by email. Two days later, on the morning they were supposed to come out, I got a text saying my appointment was canceled because I didn't send the report. They didn't even call, just canceled. I got one of the managers on the phone who THEN decided to check her SPAM folder and found the email from me. If they would have called we could have cleared this up, but they didn't... just canceled and left me hanging when I was counting on them for this inspection. Horrible customer service. I had such high hopes after reading the reviews from other customers 😔

We have used 480 Mechanical twice now. Once in the middle of summer our ac died, they came out right away and did the job fast and at a fair price. The second time we tried to install a new the thermostat... And well we tried! They came out and get everything working again. Fair prices, a job well done, and super fast and easy online booking (we didn't even have to call! 😁)
