Wise did a great job getting my AC up and running again. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything that they did as well as what went wrong with my system. They are for sure my go to company for anything HVAC related and highly recommend them to anyone.

Joe Wise is amazing. He installed our A/C unit a few years ago (and was who we went to for maintenance and repairs when we had the very old original A/C unit for our house) and when our unit he installed failed I called Wise Mechanical first. He called back in less than an hour and was here less than an hour after that. He didn't make promises that he'd get it up and running immediately if it was a problem that he couldn't fix right away but said he'd be able to return later that day if so (July is a busy time for Phoenix in A/C repair). He found the faulty part and had the A/C on again within 20 minutes of arriving. I also know (from the experience of our original unit, not installed by him, mind ye) that if he hadn't been able to get it working, he would have had someone back ASAP.

We have had Joe and his team conduct routine maintenance on our heating and air conditioning systems for a number of years. They are always extreme professional, and their expertise has been invaluable in optimizing the performance of our HVAC systems, as well as extending their lifespan. We highly recommend this company

Holy cow, what a find, an honest repair person still exist. We were having AC issues and thought we were going to have to buy a whole new system as it turns out we just had to replace one part and add some freon. Our heat went out and Joe took the time to make several trips to troubleshoot the intermittent problem. The heat is now back up and running great.

Scheduled for them to be there on Monday. They just asked a couple questions about what was happening and showed up with the correct parts and fixed the AC system in minutes and was happy to explain everything and give tips for optimal performance and longevity. Super nice and professional. Will definitely use for future AC needs.
