My heat went out in the coldest time here in AZ. The house got down to 60 degrees. I emailed Joe the owner at night, and when I woke up had a response. They came out and diagnosed the problem and gave me a reasonable quote.

When they came out to install the new board, they noticed a switch that had been turned off by our precious AC company. Problem fixed. No board needed.

I have found my heating and AC company and am thrilled. Will refer to all my friends and neighbors. One of just a few truly family-owned companies, and I like to keep it local.
