We used this company on a panic situation. we thought our heater was going to burn down our home. well, season 1st use dirty element. The technition explained so much info. after testing, repairing and inspecting, any other posible issues. all was great for us. That was 2 weeks ago. we usually don`'t write reveiws. This was such a great experience. honest friendly service is rare these days. 5 gold stars from us.
