Worst customer service. I have given this business the benefit of the doubt so many times and they are awful every single time. The manager will not apologize for the terribly rude receptionist or even respond to the situation at all. I would recommend driving to anchorage where Central Plumbing and Heating will take care of your project. It's a longer drive but it's worth it.

The clerk that help me was multitasking and was helping to customers at 1 time while she was helping me and she was very efficient. I hope I get her next time when I have to get something for my boiler. Thank you
