Bill is my families hero. After a mechanical failure that snowballed out of my inexperienced hands Bill walked me through what I needed get from the manufacturer and when it got here he got our heating and hot water running again in no time.

We thought bill did a great job; he dropped everything and helped us in a terrible emergency. Very competent and accomidating.
