My go to now after my heat went out and they fit me in right away. I use them for my home, duplex and refer to clients, fair prices and most importantly they show up and stand behind their work.

I keep seeing the commercials about calling Living Waters and they will be there to help….we’ll that was not my experience at all. My hot water heater went out and called 2 times and sent an email. I guess they are so busy because of all their business from these commercials that they didn’t need to reach out to me. I’m fortunate enough that I can pay a company to do it for me…but when ahead and did it myself. Saved money in the long run.

Outstanding service and response. We have used them in the past and they will be our go to plumbers for emergencies and remodels. Always friendly and fair.

I called to schedule an appointment to fix a clogged drain. It took two days for the tech to come. I knew the drain was clogged and asked for them to come with their camera to see where the clog was. When the techs finally showed up, the only thing they did was run their router rooter down the drain ad told me it was clogged. They charged me $200.00 for that and told me it would be an additional $300.00 to come out again. We went the whole Christmas weekend with our sink clogged. So basically they came out, told me that I had a clogged drain, which I already knew, did nothing to fix it and charged me $200.00. They did absolutely nothing! I wouldn’t recommend this company, they ripped me off!

We hired this company to service our Rennai gas heater that we have in our home. When the technician went to go put the gas heater back together, it would not turn on. We had to then go buy parts and put them in ourselves. We figured out that the problem was the technician never put cables that were supposed to be connected back in. We called the owner and we spoke with a supervisor and in the end, the company made it right. They took care of it and for that, we are grateful.

They were friendly and fast-changing our water heater tank.

He did a great job and did it quickly with little interruption to my day.

I will never hire any other company to do Plumbing and Mechanical Again. All Tradesman are Union Brothers and skilled professionals.

Disappointing. Service is unexplainable. Cannot recommend this place. The technician came over to repair our heating. After repair we still had heating issues and they wanted to charge us additional cost. Why should we pay more when they cannot correctly repair in the first place?
