We bought a brand new HVAC, which works great. But their service is highly unprofessional. We ordered a $200 thermostat, which didn’t work. So they replaced it with my original and said they would come back out. Month goes by, still no thermostat. I then message them and they said they will have someone come out, no one ever shows up. I’m a pretty patient person, so 6 months down the road, I reach back out. The guy then says he has quit working their and moved to Florida and gave me the owners number. I get ahold of the owner, Wayne, who says this is the first he has heard of it, and will send me a check in the mail. Well another several months go by, no check. I message him again, btw the owner has his read receipts on so I know he read my message, and just ignores it. A couple months later, my wife then calls and says we bought a new HVAC last year in cullman, knowing it was us, and he said you have the wrong number, and hung up. Now they won’t answer the phone. They may do good work, but if you have to have something replaced or work on that you paid for them, they are snakes in the grass and won’t give you what you paid for or send your money back.
I have all the messages for proof. I will be contacting my lawyer, IDC if it’s only $200. I can afford it just to get my point across. Don’t use this company!!

After a spring lightning storm fried our central air unit, we called Wayne to come out and see what could be done. He suggested that we replace the old 'all in one' setup with a split system. Looking at our duct-work, he suggested that since our boxed metal designed duct would be too expensive to replace, he added additional registers and a larger intake to match the higher output of the new system. This allowed us to also heat and cool our newly finished basement area without having to add a separate unit or a window unit. We could really tell the difference when summer hit, and our electric bill is lower than it was, even though it is hotter outside! Wayne really knows what he is doing and worked hard to find us the most affordable solution. I highly recommend him.

Morrow heating and cooling came out and replaced the blower motor on my unit under warranty and did the service in a timely and professional manner.
