Doing renovations on a 36 year old home and living in the house isn’t recommended. One bright spot was doing business with Gipson Heating/Air. I got several quotes for a new unit, but when the owner of Gipson came out, that sealed the deal. Their quote was also the most competitive.
After arranging a date, Anthony and his crew arrived for the install. Because of work, I handed over the key for them to begin their work. Anthony kept me updated thru-out the day with progress and photos of the work.
Very friendly professional people, from owner, office, to technicians. Unit is great. This was the easiest renovation so far! I highly recommend.

I called Gipson Heating & Air Conditioning company on Friday to schedule an appointment for an estimate for installation of a new AC. Anthony came the next day on Saturday, and scheduled next Wednesday (8/11/2021) to install.

Dawson and Clay came to install the new unit, they are polite and skillful young men, worked very quiet and thoroughly, they spent 6 hours, worked at the hot attic without taking any break, they even skipped their lunch until the work done. I appreciated their hard work and positive attitude.

Also, they serviced my the other AC units, I never saw such a detailed maintenance before. Their price is higher but includes the Fall season Heating system service, I’m happy to have them to do the maintenance for my AC & Heating system.

I reached out to Gipson heating after calling another company who lied and did not come out . From the phone call to the repairman coming out I was made to feel as if I was a priority , they were very courteous and prompt but over all their honesty and thorough communication is what sold me ! The repairman took the time to explain everything , I was able to make a choice , wow he could have just done a minor repair and made a major profit but he gave me options and that speaks volumes ! They will continue to be my go to for all of my heating needs !

Gipson Heating and Air is a very capable, experienced family-owned business with multiple skill sets. We have used them to replace our main single stage heat cooling system and they also came back to make repairs at no charge. They also replaced our water heater on very short notice at a great price. Their techs are always courteous and clean, wearing booties every time they come inside, and they work fast without a lot of chit-chat. We are indebted to them and would highly recommend them as a trade company with high skills and equal integrity.

My wife and I returned after a week's vacation to find that our ac was out. We delt with it the first night as it was too late to do anything about it. The next day my wife began searching for contractors to come repair the system. We spoke to several highly rate businesses all of whom were either rude or couldn't get to us for days.

Enter Gipson. The owner of the company answers my wife's call and uses his own name (Shane) not the company name, very personable. My wife describes our predicament, this conversation taking place around 10am, Shane says that while they are a small operation and have appointments booked all day, he would not end his day until we had ac back.

Shane was true to his word, by 5pm 2 technicians were at our house and working, while other companies gave us hassle about having to speak to our home warranty company, Gipson showed no hesitation to do what was necessary for us.

Fast efficient service and a very honest and detailed approach about the work that was being done. The repairs cost way less than we anticipated and they went the extra mile to install a simple cheap fix to avoid this issue in the future. We jumped at the opportunity to sign up for the yearly maintenance program which is exceedingly affordable. I decided even of we didn't need the service I was going to pay for it because this is the type of business that deserves to succeed!

Update - I originally posted my review 11 months ago. We have since moved and our air conditioner in our current home went out on us a couple of weeks ago. I called Gipson Heating & Air late one day and they were out the next morning as agreed upon. Within the next hour Shane had our unit up and running like new! This is a dependable company that will be honest with you and won't overcharge you! I will definitely call them when I need them again!!!

Shane, Sean, Evan and Trevor with Gipson Heating and Air Conditioning are the best!! They always take care of us in the least expensive way. Their customer service is excellent, and I know when I call them I do not have to worry...they will get things handled!!

I have used Gipson Heating & Air on several different occasions over the past year. The first time they came out, I had them do a standard service on the A/C unit. They did a fantastic job! They took before and after pictures and explained everything they did in detail. I was so impressed by their service I canceled my home warranty the next day so I could exclusively use Shane and his crew to take care of any heating and A/C needs I may have in the future. Most recently, they did a complete furnace replacement and even helped with the financing through our local utility company. They gave me three options of furnaces with upfront pricing and held true to their quote. They worked for 2 and a half days in the rain to make sure that we would have heat ahead of the cold front. Again, they took photos of their work along the way and went above and beyond what was required of them for the install. I cannot express how satisfied we have been working with Shane and his team at Gipson Heating and Air. If you are in the market for any Heating & Air services, stop your search and call Gipson, you will not be disappointed!

Gipson Heating and air conditioning is the BEST. I just moved to a house and needed my gas heat turned on. To do so I needed an inspection and pressure test. Without any luck from multiple companies I reached out to, and a few let downs from companies that said they could help (but canceled last minute) called Gipson. And he was able to pull a permit and set everything up for the next day! I should have called Gipson first! Shane (the man who came to my house) was honest, insightful, and very professional. Because of Gipson I was able to get my heat turned on that same day! Gipson will be the only company I will recommend for Heating and air from this point. Thank you very much!

We had Gibson come out and clean our ac unit. We had a small issue after they left. We called them and they came right back out. Great customer service. Owners were very nice. We will continue to use them and suggest u do as well.
