Elite HVAC is determined to maintain a great reputation and it showed from day one of my interactions with them. I needed two heat pumps replaced. I called several HVAC contractors to get quotes, with Elite being the first. I realized after the fourth call, I had been wasting my time calling others. Elite quoted the best price, and only one other contractor matched it. I circled back to Elite and was thankful that I did. During installation they encountered some electrical problems. The voltage wasn't reading correctly for one of the connections to the heat pumps. Because Elite also had expertise with electrical work, they were able to figure out what was wrong and solve the problem. No added, or hidden fees. These guys were serious about getting this done right. If I had went with anyone else who didn't have electrical experience they may not have noticed the problem and I may had been stuck buying yet another heat pump.

Very respectful, from the start. On time. No hidden fees. Straight forward pricing.

Unit only worked one week. No response from owner for two weeks. Had to call another company to get it working. Owner still didn't show up until we threatened to contact the state board. Still has not completed work. Very unhappy. Unprofessional. . NEVER WILL USE AGAING!!!!!

Replaced two heat pumps for a friend. Very professional. Very respectful. On time. We will be calling these guys again if we ever need any HVAC or electrical work done and for scheduled check ups.
