On a hot Sunday evening, called and got an answer from a technician, not an answering service! Robert Goldman was very informative, helpful, and professional.♥️

Gatlin heat and air did a fantastic job. We was very please with the work on our new construction home

Quick response time. HOWEVER during their digging under the house they informed my wife of a gas leak and then LEFT the property with her AND my animals still inside the house. No attempts to help with the situation or to turn off the gas for us. Called the fire department myself and now have the gas company AND plumbers out attempting to figure out what has been damaged. Rude and unapologetic when I called to inform the company.

Great customer service. Ryan is the best technician. He is prompt and super thorough. Explains the issues and has solutions. We will use no one else.

I think this is by far the worst HVAC company I have ever used. If you want the repair/job done right, I suggest exploring other options.

Update 12/28/2017: Still haven't received a call back. I have called numerous of times trying to speak with the owner/ person in charge with no luck, (all I get when I call is, " I will leave him a message and he will call you back." I haven' t received a call back yet). Therefore, If you want a company that backs their services with quality workmanship, this is NOT the company to use.

I’m renting a place, they came and fixed my ac…talk about quick and professional. These guys really know what they’re doing.

These guys went out of their way to help me find a part for my ancient heater. I wasn't even a customer. I am now, however, and their technicians are as professional and courteous as their office staff.

I suggest them highly.

We have used Gatlin Air since 1996 they are honest and always there when you them ! They do an excellent job every time !!!

I've used Gatlin Heating and Air for 10+ years and have always received excellent service from them. A great company and I highly recommend them.

Again, excellent service. Freon is getting out of hand, but that cant be controlled by Gatlin.
