Air of Excellence installed a new A/C and gas heating system. The new system works great and the technicians were professional, personable, overall great job! Would recommend this company.

Absolutely by far the best experience I could have hoped for. Ran, Brandon and Clint were top notch. They were very efficient, professional courteous and most of all very knowledgeable in their field. I was told by Ray that he “treats his works as it was his own house.” Highly recommend for any and all HVAC needs.

Air of Excellence by far has some of the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time! As a senior, I have dealt with a lot of companies, good and bad. My experience with Air of Excellence was worth me taking time to write this review. Last Friday night, my A/C decided to go out and my wife and I really felt the smoldering heat on late Friday/Saturday morning. It was so hot my wife had to leave the house to get relief. I was recommended to this company only 3 years and they have always done a great job, but this took it to another level when I called for this weekend emergency service.

When the service tech arrived Saturday morning, he was very courteous and had a great attitude. After a quick inspection, he mentioned that my problem was due to an issue that may have been missed during my annual service checkup, which was only a couple of months ago. After fixing the problem he told me that the house should cool down soon and that I didn’t owe anything for this service. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing because I was prepared to pay. The fact is you don’t get great service and honesty like you should these days. Before he left, I thanked him for coming and told him he had a great attitude. He said, thank you sir, but my boss comes in every morning and greets all of his employees, and I guess that gives me a good start.

Very professional and friendly staff. Chad did a great job replacing my evaporator coil and getting my unit back up & running. I'll definitely be using them again and recommend them to anyone needing service.

We had an emergency where the AC stopped cooling, and the on call technician answered the phone immediately. He was extremely polite, explained our options as far as when he could come out. They promised to have someone out the next day, and despite them being on incredibly busy, kept their promise. The tech diagnosed our problem in under 10 minutes!! And he still checked for other possible causes, too! He also repaired our AC in the same visit at a super reasonable price! He was very nice about the whole thing and explained everything to my husband and I. I could not have asked for a better experience. I'm so grateful for this company.

This is a great company. They were very quick in returning my phone call and very quick to come do an estimate. I checked with 8 well rated companies and Air of Excellence beat every one of their estimates by far. They are very professional. They listened to me and found a solution promptly. I will use them in the future and highly recommend this company .

Air of Excellence installed new unit over a year ago. I've had several issues with the mother board needing to be replaced as well as other issues. Each time I called them for help, they were quick to respond. They corrected the problem each and every time all without charging me a dime. The office staff as well as repairmen have all be extremely professional. I highly recommend this company.

His professional crew did a amazing amount of work in one day. They fixed me right up with a new system and all duct work. They did a superior job by far, than the original builder.
