I am pleased with the service. Howard is our technician. He did a great job, answered all of my many questions, and even helped figure out that our fan motor is under warranty for replacement due to it wearing out and making a rumbling noise. Office staff was very helpful and friendly too. They charge a fair price for honest work.

They've come back out for a second visit and replaced the motor under warranty.

Quick update...
Talk about honesty. Two technicians did work for us and a mix up happened on our fee. So we wrote two checks, one for each visit. Today I got a call from the office and they advised they should not have charged for one of the visits so they are mailing a check back to me.

The only company I will ever use for heating and air problems. Always professional. Super friendly and very reasonable pricing. Not once in the last 10 years have I been disappointed with the service or pricing. The company name holds true to the quality of work they do "excellence"!

We bought a house that had a unit installed by this team a few years ago. Our unit started dropping condensation and the tech who came out diagnosed the situation and started with the lowest common denominator. Thankfully it was covered by their reasonable service call fee and didn't require any major repairs.

My HVAC was making a horrendous noise. AoE responded that day. They thought it was the motor, so they found one, installed it, and it still made noise. So they pinpointed it to the blower fan itself. Found a new one, installed it, and it worked great. They didn't charge me for the motor since "we aren't going to make you pay for something you don't need".

They didn't give up and didn't make me overpay. They made sure I was back up and running.

I'm very happy with them and will call them next time.

We have used many HVAC vendors over the years, but were introduced to Air of Excellence when they were hired by the contractor that built our new factory. These guys are, in a word: Responsive! One call and they are out there immediately, no matter the day or time. That's important to us since uncomfortable workers are unhappy workers. They have earned our business! Highly recommended!!

Jimmy and his team have been a great asset to me personally and at work. They were able to diagnose and fix what appeared to be a major issue with my air conditioner at home by installing a small inexpensive part. They also maintain and repair our heating and air conditioning units at OEC. Thanks for the continued great service.

Our AC compressor went out last Friday night and it was sweltering! I talked to the owner Jimmy and they got right on it. From the owner to Craig in management to Brett the service tech, everyone was courteous, efficient and fast! They had us up and running Saturday afternoon!

Air of Excellence takes care of my HVAC units at my home and business properties. They are extremely dependable and professional. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Had a appointment for 9-12. 1pm no call from company. My husband called them and got the run around. We understand things can take longer at appointments but no call in rude. We finally called another company.

Best service in town! They keep the heat pumps working at my two houses. Always a friendly voice on the phone and prompt repairs. I love working with them because I know it will be done right.
