Jim is a great guy to work with. Extremely reasonable rates and prompt service. He has gotten us out of a bind on several occasions. I recommend him to anyone needing HVAC work for sure. He just left my house pulling a rabbit out of his hat!

Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help you understand why, what, and how your system may be malfunctioning. They responded to our call on Christmas Eve since our system stopped cooling. Was not in a rush and troubleshot every possible thing to bring us back up quick! I really appreciate this companies efforts. Needless to say I’d use them again because our system is working better than the day we bought the house.

This was the third time I’ve had my unit serviced in 3 months and each time a different company. I can say that Jimmerson stands way above the rest! I was very impressed with the professional and prompt communication setting up the appt (surprisingly that’s not standard practice anymore I’ve learned), they arrived on time, technicians were very courteous and professional, and took time to make sure we understood their diagnosis and the proposed solution. I think we’ve found our go-to. Will use again and I highly recommend them.

We bought our home three months ago, May 2019, and our upstairs air conditioner broke down after the first two months. We called our home warranty company and the first two AC companies that they sent to my house were very shady, dishonest people, obviously trying to make a buck off the home warranty company. Because of that, the home warranty company was not willing to repair or replace anything based off of the made up misinformation they was written in their reports. After a lot of argument and discussion with our home warranty company, they decided to send Jimmerson Air Conditioning out to our home to provide an honest, unbiased report on our upstairs AC unit. John came out and he was friendly and very thorough and detailed with his inspection. He told us exactly what happened and what the problems were. A day or two later, we received notification from the home warranty company that they had approved the replacement of our inside air handler and our outside condenser unit. When the parts arrived, John and Sonny from Jimmerson AC came out and installed everything this Wednesday. Unfortunately the next day, we had a small issue with water leaking from the new upstairs unit. The owner, Jim, came out shortly after we called them and he spent his evening looking over everything for us to determine what caused the water leak. The leak was caused from a blockage in the drain line. Jim cleared the line and assured me that they would return Saturday morning to install a float switch on the unit so that this problem would not happen again. He was true to his word, as they are here now taking care of everything that Jim said they would. Not only that, Jim is also sending someone out this week to address the damage to my hardwood floor. It is unfortunately that this happens to us, but we are in good hands with Jimmerson AC. I feel like anyone else would have given us the run-around. If you need air conditioning maintenace, repair or replacement, then CALL JIMMERSON AIR CONDITIONING. They are very good, honest people and Jim, the owner, is a man of his word!! As long as I live in South Alabama, I will call Jimmerson AC for ALL of my air conditioning needs. Thank you very much Jim, John and Sonny for taking care of us! We’re customers for life!

These guys are great, they put the customer first and truly dedicate themselves to their work. You can always count on them to respond and handle your issue quickly. In this Alabama heat, they make sure you’re not without your air conditioning! Easiest 5 star rating I’ve ever given.

There was some miscommunication between the appointment time. But as soon as I reported it Jim responded and apologized for the miscommunication and arrived shortly after discounting the service fee. Knowledgeable as well as competitive pricing.
