These guys are great! Very professional, and very reasonable.

They actually answered the phone on Sunday morning. I had a technician scheduled to come to my home in 2 hours. They were upfront with the cost. I got a text from the tech giving me the details and cost. I hadn't thought of after hours costs. I called them back and rescheduled it for first thing Monday morning. No problem. The technician called me Monday morning and when he got to my home had my hvac cooling again in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Jimmerson Air has been to my parents house twice now and they are so pleased with their service! One of the technicians, John, did an outstanding job, especially in the heat. Super kind, courteous and on time. Wouldn’t recommend any other air conditioning service!!

22yo air conditioner finally failed during extremely hot weather. The folks at Jimmerson Air Conditioning responded very quickly.
1. They provided excellent value on a replacement system.
2. Work ethic was fabulous. Worked all day, high 90's outdoors and well over 120 degrees in the attic, never complained.
3. Very courteous. Answered all questions with patience and understanding.
4. Had one issue with system, not Jimmersons fault, it was human error in our home. They responded within two hours and fixed the problem very quickly. Customer service excellent.
