My HVAC went down on the 4th of July weekend. I called and their on call technician James was very professional and came out and was able to fix my issue. He explained the issues and showed me what was wrong and made sure house was cooling before he left. I highly recommend!
I Spec'd job with the units I wanted installed and communicated the specific model number and pricing I'd found. Emailed with Ricky and communicated everything and he agreed and provided a quote. Installation was done when I was out of town and when I got back I realized the units installed were not what had been spec'd. When confronted with this information I offered to pay for the difference in price for the cheaper units installed vs. what I had spec'd. They came back with a quote of over $2K and the difference in price on the units was less than $500. Their mistake on the install and all clearly documented in email/quotes and they wanted me to pay for additional labor cost/overhead to fix their mistake??
5-weeks of run around and they finally come back and uninstall the units and we parted ways. Be careful with these guys and make sure you get what is quoted/agreed to.
The staff scheduled a time for me between 11:30-12. They called at 9:30 said we’re on there way. So jump in the car from Athens and head to Hazle Green to meet them told them I would be there in 45 mins, go at there and no one was there. So did some minor repairs around the house (in process of selling) 12 rolls around still no one or no call saying they were on there way. Called the office the lady who answered my call was like you weren’t there when we called so we didn’t come and also you are not a priority because your AC is working. Ok I get that but i made an appointment I said. Oh the lady should have never accepted an appointment she replied we don’t do that people with out working AC are our priority not just clean ups on AC like yours. I told her that I had rushed over here to accommodate them since they decided to show up before the time requested and it was my only day off. To this her response was well maybe you should find someone else to do your service. I told her she had been highly recommended (not sure why oh yeah these people didn’t have Ac when they called) and I wanted them to do the service. She said ok let me see what I can do. I got ANOTHER call back a service tech will be there in 10 mins go ahead and make the check out, 20 mins passed and no one had shown (having a diabetic with me who needed to eat) I left. This all happened on Wednesday still have yet to get a call saying we showed up at your house where were you or go F*** yourself or anything. How can a company conduct business like this?????

Our new building had some AC issues. I discovered water pouring from our return unit. Called Tipton and within an hour Danny was onsite to fix the issue. He was very friendly and even took the time to explain the problem and the solution to me. Can't recommend them enough!!
They are very non responsive! Tried for weeks to get these guys to come out for an estimate on a gas line installation. They never came out after weeks of trying to reach them.
Staff was professional and curtious. Worked to get our unit installed in a timely manner. Men who installed unit were professional and had the unit installed in a little over an hour. Great customer service.
