Worst experience ever. Would not recommend them to anyone. My air conditioning has been out for over a week, every time I called they just gave me the run around. After 3 days of them not returning my phone calls I had to pay someone else to come out and replace my unit because the technician they sent from this company put the wrong motor in and wired it wrong so when the new company turned it on it started smoking and my whole house smelled like something was on fire.

This is a company used by Home Warranty of America. I made a claim on Sunday noon and have yet to hear when my appointment is(it is Monday 1pm). Not very timely. Just wish I would not have used HWA!!!

Fixed A/C the first time, great customer service. HWA sent good one
