Josh & Dylan were very friendly, thorough, and considerate. I've been looking for a local, trustworthy electrician that won't break the bank for about a year now: needless to say, my search is over. You can trust they won't try to up-sell you, and you can trust them alone in your house. Very good work...even better people.

Cutter electric came out to initially do some electrical work on the pole for us. While there, we asked them to check the central outside unit…. He said it was very old and no longer any good. He recommended we go through Alabama power as they do work for them. Jason came out two days later as promised and installed new unit in our older mobile home. As I said, we have an older mobile home and Jason was sure to fix any leaks in the duct work. We are very pleased with the unit and their professionalism. I would recommend them for any electrical or HVAC work.

Jason , was very professional and knowledgeable about the installation of my new HVAC system . He made sure everything was working right, the thermostat that he first installed wasn’t working correctly but was enough to get by on until he could get another one. Came back with the correct one and changed them out. It definitely works awesome now.

I called Cutter's with no prior knowledge of their company. They sent out Josh the very next morning. He assessed the problem, informed me of the cost of the job and, with my approval, he got it done. From the office team to the electrician, I am impressed with their professionalism and proficiency. They will be my first call for electrical issues.

We had a problem with our AC a couple weeks ago. The capacitor quit working so the AC was not working. I called Jason Brown with Cutter's Electrical Services LLC . He was here within an hour and fixed the AC. He was very professional, had the HVAC knowledge and made sure everything was working before he left.
