I have been a customer of this insurance company since they first opened their doors. They were one of the first companies to offer SR22 insurance in Columbia, SC. I have been very happy with the service and the prices are competitive. They also work with you on your policy, which is rare these days!

The pricing is fair and reasonable, especially considering the amount of work involved in replacing a AC opener. But it's not just about the price—the company offers excellent customer service as well. They were quick to respond when I called them back after they initially took my call (and they were very friendly on the phone). They also called me back when they said they would so I could schedule an appointment without waiting around for them to call me back first like some other companies do!

I contacted them with the date and time and he was prompt and efficient and he was very knowledgeable. I recommend them. If you move into an apartment get the air conditioner first before you have the furniture or anything delivered it makes for a more pleasant experience.

We needed help with our bathroom. the company sent Peter to help us. He was very kind, expert, and very well-educated! He was very clear about what needed to be done and even gave us better alternatives. We would refer him and this company to anyone that needs maintenance help. You should all give it a try!

The job went great. They called me 20 minutes before the technician arrived. He worked on the inside unit for awhile. He was very quiet and hard working. I appreciated that as he was right near my home office door. !!!

I recently had a new AC installed by B & Y HVAC Experts Air Conditioning & Heating. The installers were very professional and the work was done with excellent workmanship. I especially liked that they kept the work site clean throughout the install and cleaned up the garbage at the end.!!!

One thing I learned about the company is how to properly take good care of your house. He had painted our walls beautifully and I am more than satisfied!! Keep it up the company!!
