Alatec Heating & Cooling

Alatec had us try a DIY fix first on our HVAC that quit cooling in case that would fix our problem. When that didn’t work, they sent experienced staff out who replaced the malfunctioning part within a couple of hours. Follow up calls verified that the unit was still working correctly. We could not have asked for better response and concern for the costs. We will be calling them back when this HVAC croaks (as they all do eventually) because we know they will give great advice and service.

Alatec came out and serviced my HVAC system. Zach and Nick did a great job. I will do business with Alatec again!

This company has some of the nicest people working for them. Everyone has been professional that I’ve dealt with throughout the years. They are timely and efficient in your repairs. They are also very upfront with what you need done with your system and any issues you may encounter going forward. I would highly recommend them if you’re in need of service.

Great company! We are first time homeowners this year. The house we are purchasing had an ac unit that needed to be replaced and gas heat. We did not like the idea of a gas heat at all. Mike was able to get us a great deal on a new unit and the best part is that we now have all electric heat and air! The new unit looks and works great.
Update 2023. Had a issue with our ac and Mike sent a tech out and was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed for us. We had a bad coil that was under warranty so only had to pay labor. Super polite and professional tech named Cliff that went above and beyond to get our ac cooling at its peak performance. Would recommend anyone looking for a company they can trust to get the job done at a very fair rate to give Alatec a call.

Quick & efficient! We needed to replace our AC unit and furnace and they were available the next day with the needed equipment. We were thankful for the quick turnaround during a week of high 90s in Alabama summer! The two service people were very professional and answered all our questions. Very pleased and will continue to use Alatec for maintenance and service.

We have been very happy with Alatec's service. We have had a maintenance agreement with this company for several years. They respond quickly. Their service personnel are friendly, well-trained., courteous and quick. We just renewed our annual contract with them.

We had to replace one of our heat pumps. Our service technicians, Andy and William, were friendly, courteous and professional. They were on time and installed everything in one day. We are very pleased especially since it's been a smoking hot Alabama summer!!!! Would highly recommend.

Needed a technician to come out quickly to my home in Trussville and Alatec had a great response time! I spoke with Mike on the phone and he was courteous and easy to communicate with.
