They came out and didn't fix the problem. I called them back and needed assistance and they said they would come out when they can. And they never came . The pipe is still stopped up. I just don't know what to do. Well the problem is still continuing I called them back and told them what was happening and they told me they would come by when they could that's been 2 weeks . But that didn't stop them from sending me a 90$ bill for a crappy job they said they did. What ever you do don't call these people!!!

Have called this company twice over the last month. Was told to ask for Jeff, both times he wasn't in and they took my name and contact info. Said they would have him call me tomorrow, Have yet to hear from him on either call.

OK so right after the above post Jeff called me back. He advised they have been very busy and advised that it would be 2 weeks before he could get to me. Its been 3 weeks now and I called them again but no luck. I find it hard to believe that a person is so busy they can't return a call. Tells me they don't care about customer service.

We have done business with Miller & Humphrey for 20 years and have always been pleased. Today I called about a leaky garbage disposal and they sent Jeremy in a couple of hours. He went above & beyond by teaching me preventative maintenance and doing a great job!

Used to be great but now just seem very apathetic towards their customers. I had to call twice to get them to come out for an issue. After the technicians couldn't immediately resolve my issue, I called the office and the gentleman on the phone did not even seem remotely interested in assisting me further. I have used them for years but will now be looking for another service company.

They are always there when I need them. And their prices are very fair. This was on a Sunday New year's day and they were there within minutes of me calling. Thank you Miller your outstanding history in this community is impeccable!

I have lived in Enterprise for 20+ years now. they are my most trusted source for plumbing and electrical problems. They have always been polite and proffesional when dealing with the customer and there concerns. I highly recommend Miller & Humphrey.

Awesome guys. Doug was a real help and the techs were great. Didn't gouge the prices and were honest, on time and very polite.

They carry older faucet parts, for our older homes. Jeff is very friendly, and he has a knowledgeable employees. I buy all my electrical installation supplies here.

Keep calling for info or help about a security camera issue and they won't call me back! I have called twice now for help!
