These guys showed up to fix my toilet that was not fixed correctly the first time. Upon doing this job they left an absolute mess. When I told the tech about the mess, he only stated call them if I need anything and they left. I called the office and the guy that answered didn't seem to care and told me that maybe I needed to add more to my photos to make it look worse. They got toilet wax all over the floor, the toilet, my trash can and my sink. They used my toilet paper like it was a shop towel, my bathroom wipes and trash can as if it was theirs. They used it bathroom sink and soap and left a mess. Not to mention they got silicone all over my garden hose and spicket. I will NOT be using them again.

Company was paid to do my repairs in 2020. I have invoices of said “done repairs” and pictures of exposed wires that were to be repaired.
Company stated repairs were done and services complete to find pictures of our home inspection in 2022 to have the parts left in the attic and none of the work done. Contacted them to right the wrong and they stated that was done two years ago and that’s not our problem and we will bill you for the repairs.
Use another company or they’ll take advantage of your dollar

This place absolutely saved me hundreds of dollars. The young front desk clerk is a wealth of knowledge for his age. He help me pick out the materials I needed based only on verbal descriptions. He double checked them since I'm an amateur. And as a back up plan he saved another part, in case what I asked for didn't work out.
On top of all the help he gave, he also charged $0 for the insignificant pieces. And stayed past his shift giving me time to come back and get the back up part.
And it worked, stopping the leak and saving me hundreds.
Never expected service like this from anywhere.
This guy far exceeded expectations from myself and Miller plumbing, I'm sure.
If you have a plumbing issue and you go anywhere else before you visit this store, you are most likely beating yourself.
Will definitely go back for any further plumbing issues.

Extremely happy with the quick response and professionalism of the front office and the technicians that came out to our house. Highly recommend for timely, honest and professional work.

Great service always. I have used them many times over the last 13 years. Fair and quick.

I would never use Miller & Humphrey Plumbing & Electric Inc. for anything. We were in the midst of selling our home and our buyer had a home inspection where some minor electrical issues were identified on our pool equipment. I called Miller & Humphrey and even sent them documentation and pictures of what we wanted done...twice! They did not come out on the day they said they would and when they finally did go to look at it, the owner of the company tried to rip us off and tell us we needed the pool equipment to be entirely rewired. A job that would cost us at least $800 "minimum" were his words. We told him, one of your technicians who reviewed the report when we first called said these repairs would be minor and wouldn't be more than around $300-$400. He then proceeded to call us liars. He hung up on us as well. Mind you this wasn't some employee but the owner of the company himself.
We ended up calling Goolsby Bros Plumbing & Electrical to come out and do the work. They came out and guess what? We didn't need the pool system entirely rewired! They did the minor repairs we asked for for under $220.
I would not recommend using Miller & Humphrey for your plumbing or electrical needs. I honestly can't understand how a business remains open conducting business this way.

Yesterday, I phoned these guys and scheduled them to come out to the house to repair a running toilet. They committed to do the work today. It's the end of the day and there was no call & no show. When I phoned them, they said they ran out of work hours - huh?? And if that was so, why did no one phone me to let me know so I didn't wait the entire day. More frustrating as this is the second time in the past six months or so this same no show situation has happened with these guys. Never again!

They might be good. I don't really know. They canceled on me the first day and said they'd come the next. Then they were a no call, no show the next 2 days. Not really inspiring much confidence at this rate.

Words cannot describe a plumbing service that couldn't even find the water cut-off valve located in my front yard. After the tech left to go to the water department for advice I found it and called the the tech back. It was an after hours emergency call in which they showed up the next day and it was a quick fix for a leaky tub.. I asked how much to replace the faucet and he told me approx how much and said it would be the next week before it could be fixed. Fine. They never followed up on fixing it and didn't even send a bill. 4 months later I called the company back at 8am and the guy on the phone said they'd be able to come over today. NOPE..no show and no call. No organization at this company and no business or references from me.
