We had an AC problem due to a very small leak. Brandon and Dale kept on it, keeping us cool until the problem was discovered. We elected to go with a complete new system which they installed. We were always treated with respect and courtesy in a positive attitude. I have given talks on running a small business and my definition of Customer Service is giving the customer the best value. In my opinion, Barrett is at the top of the list! Highly recommended!

My wife called Barrett Heating and Cooling Condition and within an hour of the service call, Mr. Dale Barrett was at our home. He was very professional, knowledgeable and most of all HONEST! He got our home back cooling in less than an hour and gave us a plan to put in an energy efficient unit that will lower our power bill. If you’re looking for company to take care of your HVAC needs, CALL THEM NOW! Trust me, they’re much better, prices are more reasonable and they’re honest unlike some of the larger companies around here just looking to make money.

There are very few people you can trust in today’s world. It was nice to meet someone honest and trustworthy. I wish all of our transactions during a crisis were this exceptional. Brandon was courteous and helpful in our dire situation. If you use Barrett’s services, you will not be disappointed.

I've been a customer with Barrett Heating and Air for 15 years. Anytime my old unit would have trouble they'd come out and fix it right. Well, my old unit finally gave up after 15 years of service during our recent cold snap in February. So I called Barrett Heating and Air. They came out and said they could fix it, but price wise and warranty wise, it would be cheaper just to get a new unit. With the age of my unit, I agreed. They installed a new unit and it's working flawlessly. What I like about their staff is that they're honest, courteous, committed, and will answer any questions you might have. And that's either in person, phone, or internet. They've always been straight up with me on prices, solutions, and recommendations. They don't try to rip you off. They give you options and let you decide without any pressure. I respect that a lot. Plus, in most cases, if there is a problem, you can get same day service. Their techs are top notch and know exactly what they're doing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

They sent an awesome guy named Ryan because I was having an issue. He came at 9:15PM on a Monday night….1st off, how awesome is that!… a business that will send someone that late in the evening to take care of its customers! I know he had to be tired after working all day but that did not keep him from being positive and friendly. I’m so appreciative of Ryan and Barrett H&C for taking care of our family.

On time, courteous and a fast install of new 4 ton unit. Office customer service is great Highly recommend these professionals.

I got three estimates and Barrett was the lowest. I even asked about a more efficient and expensive unit and was told the extra money I would spend would not really be worth it in the long run. They installed a quality unit. The nice lady at Barrett even called me after the installation and informed me about a rebate I was eligible for through Spire. I ended up getting $300 back from Spire. I could not be more pleased with my choice of Barrett.

The staff at Barrett is top notch. They are always friendly, courteous, reasonably priced, prompt, etc. I have nothing negative to say about this business. I highly recommend using them.

After getting the my HVAC replaced, they took months and at least 4 trips with inadequate scheduling for them to install the filter housing. Make sure you double check when they say they are going to show up if you don't want your time wasted.

in my 75 years of life, and as a Maintenance Manager for two different companies, I have never encountered a company like Barrett HVAC. They tell you what they can do, provide all of the info to make an intelligent decision and follow up, very truthful, and committed to satisfaction on the part of the client. Absolutely the best people I have ever had the pleasure of being involved with. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone and would give them a 5-Star rating!!
