I would highly recommend Braxton and his team to anyone that needs A/C repair or replacement.
I used Prestige when my A/C unit needed to be replaced. Of the 4 contracting companies I called (1 of which is who my home warranty company, American Home Shield, sent out), Prestige gave me the fairest price. He walked me through exactly what all he would be replacing and updating, making me feel very comfortable with what all he would be doing.
He came out on a Thursday and confirmed that my 25 year old unit did need to be replaced. He went above and beyond and offered to come out that Saturday on College Football Kick Off weekend and replace my unit.
He and his team showed up promptly at 8:00 that Saturday and had our house cool again by 1:00pm.
I would highly recommend this company and plan on using them in the future if I have AC issues again.

Braxton does excellent work. When I needed to replace my 30 year old unit, he explained everything that needed to be done, and which unit would be the most efficient. He advised me on the pricing and financing. Everything went smooth and easy. I will always call Prestige when I need something done HVAC related.

Braxton has provided an annual preventative maintainance review on my lake house and on another occasion he installed a new supply outlet in my office. He was always on time and courteous . Gave us a great price on a superb 5 speed ac system. Explained all the systems, how they work and which would best fit our home. It’s working great and it’s so quiet that we can hardly tell it’s running. The temperature in our house is now steady at whatever we set it versus the old system where it varied by 5-6 degrees. Compare and read up on AC systems and you’ll select Prestige too.

I will highly recommend them. Wonderful communication and follow up. Our unit stopped cooling on a Saturday in July. I called to leave them a message for Monday morning and they called me back within minutes. They came out on a Sunday to see what they needed to fix it and came back on Monday with parts. Can’t ask for anything better.
