OnTime Service

Would absolutely NOT recommend OnTime Service to anyone. I called to have a very simple task complete—install 3-4 ceiling fans in a new construction home we just moved in to in Jubilee Farms in Daphne. Electrical wiring is already in place in the home for the fans; we just needed the fans installed. They quoted me a price of $250 ***PER FAN***. We just moved into the area from a much more expensive area, and paid FAR less to have our fans installed there. I did not proceed with OnTime Service, and they still charged a roughly $69 fee just for the 5 minute visit. By far the **WORST** experience with an electrician service we’ve ever had.

Dillon was able to arrive early and do the repairs needed. He explained the entire process as he was working and after completion. He was quick, professional and pleasant. We will definitely be using this company in the future. I highly recommend Dillon as your electrician and On Time service to take care of your home service needs.

Ricky & his crew were phenomenal in getting me a/c in record time for my mom’s 83rd birthday party. He was professional & efficient with everything they had to do! Even though no one wants to replace their a/c system, I am very pleased & proud to deal with this company. They really care about their customers! Thank you Ricky for all your hard work. It is really appreciated.

Jeff was pretty cool dude. Worked quickly and has amazing work quality!! He got me I touch with a restoration company that’s willing to help at a reasonable cost. You guys have my bussiness forever!! Thanks a lot Jeff!!!

When my air conditioning unit stopped working, I attempted to call Hanson. Hanson was incredibly unhelpful on the phone, really didn’t seem to care for my business, and terrible customer service. So I found this group online. They had great reviews, I called, they were professional, courteous, responsive, helpful on the phone, and Hunter did a great job, expressive, explain things, very professional. This is the group you want to have do your work.

Cameron and his protégé were phenomenal. They worked a hard long day getting everything done beautifully. Strongly recommend them.

Matthew was awesome. Being 6+ hours away and Learning my AC had died was frustrating and challenging, to say the least. A friend suggested OnTime when my usual repair service wasn't responding to my calls. Matthew came the same day, checked the condition of my existing duct work, insulation, and wiring, and sent me two detailed proposals -both within my budget- in just a few hours. He stayed in contact with me and was able to acquire and install a new system within the week. OnTime is my new go-to for service in Orange Beach.

He was professional, on time and did a great job. We are very pleased with this company. This is the second time we have used their service. The first was on plumbing and we had a very good experience with that also. I would always use them for whatever we need. I am impressed with all the services they perform. Thanks so much ON TIME. Drew is an dedicated and well versed technician. His professional attitude and knowledge/experience allowed me to understand and accept without question what was wrong with the grinder and what had to be accomplished to correct the system. JHK

Chris Jones did an excellent job! He was professional, helpful with quoting different options, and completed my repairs in a timely manner. He answered all of my questions, and will continue to do so. I was very impressed with the office staff (Emily?) who set up the appointment. Top notch from beginning to finish. I have future things to accomplish and I will definitely be using them!
