And this time was no different, Trevor was friendly upon approach and answered every question I had and never seemed the least bit annoyed with my silly questions even though my son did. Silas gave me plenty of advance notice of his arrival, explained my options for the 3 projects I need done, and gave me prices on the spot. I expect to go ahead with OnTime Service for at least 2 of these projects and probably all 3.
