Had a motor in one of the freezers in the kitchen go out. I called Service Tech to request a technician to come out and repair the freezer. The customer service, while setting up the appointment, was excellent. She was accommodating and polite on the phone. The technician showed up on time and fixed my problem quickly. He was very professional and answered all our questions.

We have been using Service Tech for over 8 years. First to install a new unit on a basement we finished out. Since then, we used them to help resolve some airflow issues in the house and to service our aging units until we were ready to replace them. Their service is always timely and reasonably priced. Everyone we have worked with has done a great job. Especially the owner, Richie Vines. He is so easy to work with and I appreciate how he gets to know his clients and makes sure you are happy with their work! He has always been very competitive and fair with his pricing and we know we are getting outstanding quality and service! I would recommend them again and again!

The Technicians who worked at my house were very professional and knowledgeable!!! They communicated with throughout the process but got right to work when they arrived. I was thrilled with job these guys completed at my house, replacing my upstairs unit !!! I would recommend Service Tech very highly !!!

They did a good job. Anyone asked to wear a mask while I was present wore one. They got the work done on one day. There was a sensor tripped, but they came back that evening after 9pm and fixed it. Everything is new and running great.

I am so happy I started using Service Tech. They are the best HVAC company I have ever used. Professional, clean, courteous, they take their time and do the job right. Most importantly, they don't try to take advantage of you. They do a good job for a fair price, something we all want.

Svc tech came out day before yesterday and did a great job of maintenance and checking. Walked me through all of the parts of a maintenance check, explaining how & why. Did a thorough, comprehensive job and gave me good tips for ongoing maintenance. Was extremely impressed with all. Great job, Service Tech!

I’ve had the best experience with Service Tech. Jamey Campbell and Robert Gilmore both worked on my unit. The work was done over a month ago and my unit runs like it is supposed to.

Service Tech has been called to my home prior to this and I called them this time and will call them again if needed.
