From the owner to the crew who came out to do the work, I had nothing but a pleasant experience. The crew went above and beyond the scope of work and did an incredible job not to mention how clean they kept their workspace. I look forward to working with Service Tech for future projects.

This company saved my Thanksgiving week! I had no hot water in the house and called Service Tech who was referred to me by a friend. Kenny Jackson, COO from Service Tech, answered my call right away and immediately and personally came out to look at my hot water heater to see what was needed because his techs were in the field. I needed a total replacement, and he had me a quote within 20 minutes of his arrival. By the afternoon, his techs were installing my new unit, and by dinner I had a hot shower and no worries! I cannot brag on this team enough. I highly recommend them and am grateful for their excellent service.

Great Service. Technicians are always prompt, knowledgeable, respectful, friendly and for us at First Baptist Church Of Ensley they are our Go To guys for all of our HVAC services. And their office personnel is tremendous. I would recommend Richie and his company to anyone without hesitation

Service Tech did an amazing job from the free estimate by Randall who was very Thorough and descriptive about the whole process to Brandon and Reggie who came out and actually did the job with these people you don’t have to worry about whether they’re going to do it right or not. It’s money well spent when dealing with Service Tech.

Our hvac decided to stop working in the middle of the night, so my husband called first thing in the morning and they were at our house within about 2 hours! With hot days and a baby, they were lifesavers!
