Out of 28 years in the HVAC business i have never encountered such a terrible group of people. No one in the company is even certified to repair the equipment. The installers have no experience and their work is poor at best. I would personally live in the heat and or freezing cold if they were my only options for repair or installation. The owner talks entirely to much and has absolutely no idea what hes talking about. He over prices their work for it to be such poor quality. Consumers beware, you will be better off paying a little bit extra to use a quality company versus paying them to do any repairs or installations.

Paid 9500 bucks for this heat pump and have had nothing but trouble. Took 2 months to get a receipt. Had 2 different techs come out one said major problems the other said needs another return. Now the air don't work at all. Until this is fixed I won't change this review.

From getting an estimate to installing my new unit my experience with Alabama Heating and Cooling couldn't have been better. The guys that installed were so polite. The owner Mr.Richard made sure everything was done right. I would highly recommend Alabama heating Cooling.

Best HVAC company out there. Nothing but professional service and friendly people who strive to please the customer. They are straight forward and honest. You do not find that much these days.

I haven't made a choice yet which cooling and heating company that we will use, it's depend on price, loyalty of the other customers that they have serviced. I wish some of their customers could give me their opinion Regarding the company and the service they received and also the price.

So I have a fair amount of knowledge concerning HVAC and I called the other listings before this company and was disappointed that I have to pay an average of 200 just for them to show up and all I needed was Freon which you have to be a license professional to acquire Freon but the others was like oh I need to examine it (which I told them exactly the problem and how it will be solved after Freon and a leak test if possible. Well I was transferred to the owner by the nice lady whom took my call and he and I agreed on a fair good price and the tech who came out addressed the known problems and double checked my findings and then corrected me as a critical issue came up which he fixed and the unit is now running and my mind is set to use these people as much as I can for the rest of my life. So when these people say you need whatever it is to fix your unit it is cause well they are honest, confident, well mannered individuals that know their stuff and is fair when it comes to pricing.
