Square One Heating & Cooling LLC

We've had Square One Heating & Cooling on 3 separate events with a furnace and air conditioner - each time they were fabulous! Fast, one-time, explained what was happening and options. Top performance and I will call them again!

Our service tech, John, arrived at the time he said, diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved the problem in a timely manner. John was efficient and very friendly. We'll certainly contact Square One if we have any future issues with the furnace or air conditioner.

We used Square One for a second time. Last year we used for our AC and Furnace replacement and now an air conditioner for my mom's house. Joevani arrived within an hour of our call to diagnose the problem with our furnace. The heat exchanger was cracked. Since the furnace was 25 yrs old, we opted to replace it with a Bryant Preferred 96% efficient furnace. Chris and Brandon installed the new furnace. All 3 of the guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job! We highly recommend Square One Heating & Cooling!

Neil and Shaw showed up right on time so this experience started off perfect. They installed my new furnace, checked gas pressures, air pressure, and made sure my air conditioner still worked. Very pleased with the service today, would definitely recommend to anyone who wants quality work done.

Today was the second time we have called Square One with an emergency - I spoke initially with Erika at the office and she promised to call me right back. Not only did she call right back - she managed to squeeze us onto the schedule! Our first experience was with Jeremy who replaced our entire furnace and today we had the pleasure of meeting Chris! I run a wildlife rehabilitation center here and I need to be able to maintain the temperatures for the patients. Chris, came out, fixed our furnace, checked to make sure all of our systems were up to par and gave maintenance tips. It is hard to find this kind of integrity these days! I can't say enough about this company and it's employees! THANK YOU SO MUCH! :)
