I Texted during the night regarding furnace failure. Received a call at 7am , most friendly, and saying someone would be here by noon. 9am door knock and there was Michael. Went right to work and replaced a part to great success. Again, friendly and informative…..will use for inspection and definitely refer. Thanks

Looking for someone to perform yearly maintenance on my furnace and gas fireplace. Was impressed with the reviews and that they answered every one of them. Mike performed the job very well, and didn't push new parts although the furnace is 18 years old. We did decide to replace the burners as they were rusted. The fireplace functions better than it has in years. I will not hesitate to call M&S again in the future.

I recently had a furnace issue. I called M and S because they were near my home and had great Google Reviews. They were fantastic. Came out to my house same day and diagnosed an issue from previous work done on the furnace before I bought the house. Friendly and well priced. I will be using them for all my future HVAC needs.
