Ryan is a superb tradesman. He is extremely knowledgeable with many years of experience. I trust him implicitly. He's just plain a "good guy" who know his craft intimately.

New furnace and central air installed, the crew that came were very professional and quiet, cleaned up everything before they left, highly recommended them, even if you want your unit check before summer or winter, great employees that know what there doing

My heat went out in the night. Northern heating technician Ryan was here by 930 am. For an 11 am appt time. He was very knowledgeable. He found water in my line and cleaned the screen. The furnace stopped working again at 445 pm. Ryan had gone home at 330... 30 minutes away. Ryan came back into town to get a code off the furnace and cleaned the igniter. He postponed dinner to help me. He even pointed out a hazard where my hot water heater is concerned. My furnace has been working great ever since. The only negative is there is a woman who takes the calls for emergencies..after hours. I called at 530 am...left a message and she never returned my phone call. I called northern main office as well and left a message. I had to call again at 7 am...and someone answered the main shop. If you don't return an emergency call....you shouldn't be the contact and have that responsibility.

We contacted Northern to install a bathroom fan. It took them almost a month to even fit our job in. The installer couldn’t finish the job the day we had scheduled, so I had to schedule another day the following week. I had to reschedule this appointment because they were almost 3 hours late. I rescheduled for a cour weeks later. They said they would be at my house to complete the job on the following Tuesday morning. They arrived at my house a few minutes before 3pm for this “morning” appointment. I'm very disappointed at the lack of reliability and punctuality with this company. If you need a job done in a timely manner, this is not the company to hire.

This year was my first time having issues with my central air conditioner. I called on a Friday when it was very hot and busy for them and they were able to come fix my problem within 3 days. The tech was very knowledgeable and they were able to work with me on price. I will definitely be calling them if I have an issue again.

I called with my model number looking for a part. The guy said he would call back and I said ok. So after 3 hrs. I called them of course reason being i have no heat in my bussiness. The guy on the phone said he new nothing about me calling and it was the same guy i talked to earlier he just didnt want to admit he forgot to call me back. I gave him my info again on the model and part. After 15 min. on hold he said they have no part in stock but can send a service tech over right away to look at the problem. mind you i know what the problem is i just need the part. Bottom line is poor customer service and why cant i buy just the part. It was a ten minute fix but minimum 1 hr. service call. at a rediculous rate. What a joke these guys are. i should have took my buddys advise not to deal with them. they put used burners in his furnace and charged him for new ones. the guy even asked if it was ok to put used parts in. then sent him a bill for new ones that were over 400$. Like I said these guys are a joke. Dont use these guys.....

I asked them to check out my old furnace and the technician that came was very knowledgeable and told me what I needed to do, and didn't just try to jack up the prices. I'll be calling them back from now on!!

Unprofessional and disorganized. Unable to even schedule a service appointment. Have used them in the past with no issues. This time around it has been nothing but frustration!

Stopped in to talk about a furnace replacement and they were very helpful.
